04/05/2025: Cena padre & figlia in ottima atmosfera e ristorante: bollicine di benvenuto ed entrè con un flan di zucchine molto apprezzato. Sia le calpestare che il salmone affumicato come antipasti erank molto buoni. Polpo morbido e ottimo il tiramisù! Prenotato con TheFork con -20% di sconto!

08/05/2025: Beautiful dinner. We stumbled upon the restaurant and it ended up being one of the best meals of our vacation. Service was lovely, with fantastic natural wine recommendations. They were some of the most unique, fragrant wines we’ve had. We ordered two pasta dishes (pasta with beef ragout and a spaghetti with garlic pesto) with a green salad and tiramisu for dessert. Everything exuded freshness and was clearly made with care. Thanks for a delicious meal!

09/05/2025: We were totally impressed by this extraordinary country inn! We were there for 2 nights and could have stayed much longer. The room and bathroom were great! A beautiful view from the balcony over the valley. The landscaped garden with original seating also invites you to stay longer. Top food and friendly service round off the stay!

02/06/2025: Da amante del fusion, 8 1/2 è un ristorante di livello alto. Nulla a che vedere con i soliti posti all you can eat. E nonostante sia alla carta i prezzi sono accessibilissimi: abbiamo preso 4 piatti a testa + 2 coca cola / 66€ in due. Le porzioni x piatto sono abbondanti e la qualità delle materie prime è ottima! Sono riuscita a far mangiare al mio fidanzato diversi piatti che in altri ristoranti rifiutava. La location è semplice, intima. Ma se volete mangiare dell’ottimo sushi/cinese vi consiglio di andarci. Personale gentilissimo. Spero di tornarci.

Magical location surrounded by greenery and the splendid Julian Pre-Alps; the trout-based dishes and seasonal risotto are recommended for vegetarians. Friendly, fast service and to expectations. The visit is highly recommended.

11/05/2025: Very nice restaurant with a wonderful atmosphere and particularly good food! From start to finish everything is always perfect. The service is very attentive and friendly. Chef Sandro is a true gem and his dedication makes Rio Argento the gem it is. We have enjoyed coming here for years!
