05/04/2025: We went for dinner on a Saturday night and had a great time. An excellent appetizer with scallops and artichokes, two very good first courses (tagliolini with courgettes and spider crab and bigoli with sardines, sage and pine nuts) and a slice of baked croaker in a pleasant crust. The dessert (ricotta cake) was very good. Average price (€100 for two), high quality. Recommended, we will be back!

02/04/2025: Had dinner there today. Very nice. Great service, with excellent English-speaking staff. Good local wines and fish at very reasonable prices (turboat for €28 pp). Highly recommended.

09/02/2025: Excellent brioches (croissants). Last year the prices increased (from €1.50 to €1.60 per piece) and that's ok, given that everything is increasing. It's a shame, however, that this year the dimensions have also decreased! However, they are still the best brioches in the area (in my opinion), better than those from pastry shops.

24/12/2024: In Gorizia the ice creams are good almost everywhere but if you want to eat something refined and which is not found everywhere you are guaranteed to find it here! If you are not looking for smurfs and various toppings capable of hiding the quality of the product, here the simplicity speaks for the quality of the product. The environment is clean, the staff is trained or in training (always), kind and attentive and the prices are the same as any other ice cream shop. The only downside in my opinion is that if you get used to this type of ice cream, it will be difficult to find peace when you want to eat something of equal quality.

29/03/2025: 29.3.25 - latest review: I returned after a long time and I can confirm that the food is very good. I highly recommend it for a quick and excellent lunch. Old review - Trattoria with abundant and genuine dishes. Fast service. Crowded for lunch by workers throughout the week. The dishes change daily. Usually 4/5 first courses, 4/5 second courses plus 3 or 4 side dishes. The menu is available on the blackboard positioned inside or outside the restaurant, but is still listed and explained well by the waitresses. The sandwich menu is not very publicized but is always available. Reasonable prices.

08/03/2025: Ottimo posto se si vuol mangiare pesce ad un prezzo ragionevole.Situato all'ingresso di Casarsa , proveniendo da Pn, offre una certa varieta' di antipasti caldi e freddi, primi e secondi a base di pesce Noi abbiamo trovato le ostriche, un antipastino caldo e un ottimo rombo al forno per due.Meglio prenotare , rischiate di non trovare posto.

13/04/2025: We consumed some mixed bruschetta and others with sausage (these were very good), a portion of guitar with ragù (a well-made dish with an excellent ragù), but the liver skewers were overcooked, while I considered the classics to be normal.... the house Cerasuolo wine that was served to us was good.... courteous and helpful service.... overall it's worth a visit...
