31/10/2025: We ate wonderfully, from appetizer to dessert. The wine was recommended and truly excellent. The service was also impeccable, friendly and attentive. A place we'll remember and hope to return to soon. The prices are moderately high, but absolutely in line with the quantity (abundant) and, above all, the quality of the ingredients. Well done! Don't change ❤️🍾

24/10/2025: The perfect place for seafood and... dessert lovers! The freshest ingredients are served in an original way, with delicious pairings of various fruits and elegant, eye-catching plating. The "Freddo" appetizer for two is worthy of a 10-star rating. The first and second courses, featuring seafood from various regions, are also excellent. I especially tried the Fregola with spider crab... perhaps even better than the one I had in Sardinia... or almost... 😉... Then definitely ask for the dessert menu... What can I say, the pastry chef is a man worth marrying... delicious and meticulously prepared, and I loved the "pie" format: not those giant slices you get at so many places, but small masterpieces!!! Not to mention the owner and waiter, who served us and explained the dishes with kindness and without being intrusive. The price is very fair. The only flaw... the parking is a bit far from Trieste and it's a narrow street... but nobody's perfect 😇...

02/10/2025: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I'd give it many more stars if it were possible! Original and never boring dishes, carefully selected ingredients, and a top-notch tasting menu. A restaurant that clearly stands out among Lignagna restaurants, thanks to the preparation and attention to detail that shines through in every detail. Impeccable service and an excellent wine list. Highly recommended!

28/09/2025: Dinner in September, without the August crowds. Relaxing atmosphere, close to the promenade, spacious and stylishly furnished without being overbearing. Tasting menu with fish or meat, or à la carte. I opted for the latter. Entree: mini bao with creamed sea bass. Good. Appetizer: fried sardines with panko. Excellently fried, but too thin and therefore lacking in flavor. Main course: dry-aged fish (amberjack) with vegetables and a sauce. Excellent in flavor and pairing. Truly excellent. Dessert: cinnamon ice cream on crumble, delicious in flavor, texture, and intensity. Wines (all from Friuli) excellent. Special mention for the homemade bread and focaccia, Trieste olive oil, balsamic vinegar from Midolini, and vinegar from Subida. A wonderful discovery in a place like Lignano, no less...

I was facing the waitress, cutting the mortadella, adjusting her bra straps, retouching the cold cuts with the same hands, picking up the jar containing the horseradish, pouring it onto the bruschetta with the same hands, setting the jar aside, and returning to slicing the mortadella. I walked away disgusted by this scene, especially after having ordered two similar bruschettas. Terrible! The owner should teach his employees some hygiene courses, or else some appropriate body will take care of it.
