Was surprisingly Easy to get a table outside on the terrace with such excellent quality food! The best bread basket I’ve had in Italy with some beautifully cooked & presented seafood and fish dishes. The puddings we had (strawberry eggnog & crema Catalan) were also delicious and the house Chardonnay amazingly good value & very good indeed ! The whole dinner was very reasonably priced - Highly recommend this place - it isn’t in the most charming street but the outdoor green terrace is lovely and our waiter friendly and efficient!

Unclear booking procedure. The confirmation should include the number of people and the day and time. The main courses are better and more affordable than the starters. The Caprese salad contained a refrigerator-cold, unripe tomato and mozzarella and cost 15 EUR. We had expected more from this restaurant.

From the very beginning, we received everything we needed, without any problems or extra charges. Upon request, they brought us wonderful olive oil and salt/pepper to accompany the bread. We needed a vegetarian dish but couldn't find anything suitable on the menu, so we asked; we were pleasantly surprised with homemade gnocchi with asparagus, zucchini, and carrots. The fritto misto was also very good, and both portions were more than generous. Mayonnaise was provided on the side at no extra charge. We even received a cake to take away upon our explicit request. All of this happened smoothly in a relaxed, upscale atmosphere, and afterwards, we were asked if we were satisfied!

A truly charming and welcoming place on a side street off the Trieste waterfront. The staff is friendly and helpful.
Very good, high-quality food. The appetizer was delicious. The tiramisu was excellent.
Only the first course (I had gnocchi) was a bit heavy, the sauce was too heavy.

The food was very good. The appetizers we ordered were especially delicious: cod, buffalo mozzarella with shrimp tartare, and vegetable flan.
The fish main course, sea bass with mashed potatoes, was also very, very good.
Of the two first courses, the gnocchi had a slightly strong sauce. The lemon tagliolini were good.
The desserts: mascarpone with strawberry jam looked better on the menu, but too many strawberries at the expense of the mascarpone; tiramisu was good but had too much cocoa on top. The staff was very kind, helpful, and polite. The place is very beautiful and well-kept.
