08/09/2025: I went to a drive-thru and, after ordering on three different receipts, I noticed that one menu was missing once I opened the bags. After returning to the drive-thru to ask for an explanation (the very rude woman told me she was sure she had put all three menus in the bags). After checking the bags and receipts, they realized that one menu was indeed missing. After remaking my sandwich (a crunchy bacon MC), they served me the one pictured. I highly recommend this MC.

07/09/2025: I stopped for breakfast on a Thursday morning. All good.

22/08/2025: Never again. The bed was okay. No service. The window shutters couldn't be locked (broken brackets) and closed on their own. The ceiling and walls were covered in smudges from sticky tape. The bathroom was past its best. The toilet seat was loose. The shower wasn't clean. And the "breakfast" was very limited. There wasn't much selection.

16/08/2025: We stayed at this property, which is ideally located near Parma, Bologna, Modena, and Ferrara. The welcome was friendly and professional, and the staff were very attentive during our stay. A bonus: a large pool that allows you to cool off in hot weather...and a sublime breakfast to start the day! I highly recommend it!

23/06/2025: Two small coffee creams for 8 euros, not even in Florence, good for good it's a normal and clean bar but they don't serve the Queen of England and near the station there are 4 others that are cheaper and have better food

10/04/2025: I used to frequent the skyscraper before the renovation and the staff have always been very friendly. I continue to frequent it even now, after the renewal and the quality has improved incredibly while maintaining the same prices. The environment is bright, modern and with attention to detail. The customer welcome is sublime. The aperitif is very good, both the food and the spritz. I highly recommend the place! Compliments!

31/08/2025: Dishonest... probably because we were passing through. 100 euros for 4 fried gnocchi each, a plate of cold cuts, 1.5 bottles of water, wine, and 3 packaged ice creams. There were other local customers, and I'm pretty sure they got a different treatment.... Translation: if you're passing through, avoid it.

29/07/2025: I ordered two pizzas for home delivery, called at 7:45 PM on Sunday, and they arrived at 9:27 PM, but I can turn a blind eye because Sunday evenings are known to be crowded. The pizzas, in my opinion, were a bit small and lacking in toppings, considering the price: €21.50 for a Sila pizza and a shrimp and arugula pizza (there were 4 tiny shrimps counted), both bordering on undercooked. It's not even possible to know how much delivery costs because I received the pizzas without a receipt.

08/03/2025: Ordered on time, offering to pay first, arrived with nothing ready and total chaos. If you are not able to change profession.

16/08/2025: Spacious restaurant, with outdoor seating. Well-prepared dishes, generous portions. More than fair prices.

25/07/2025: If you're looking for a 5-star restaurant, this isn't the place. Everything is down-to-earth. I'd read some reviews saying the owner is rude. I'm sorry, but I have to disagree. The restaurant is located on a street that opens onto a small square. The dishes are very unique and tasty. Good selection of wines, and the owner offers excellent recommendations. The price was reasonable for what we ate and drank. I recommend it if you want to try something different.

12/08/2025: The quality of the pastries and croissants remains excellent, but the service continues to detract from the experience. Prices are quite high (an organic juice costs €4, a mini bombolone costs €1.30 compared to the regular €1.40), and despite the place not being crowded, the service was slow and inattentive: they even forgot the cream bombolone I ordered. Smoking is allowed outside, and to enter, you have to walk between the tables, which is annoying, especially with children. A real shame, because the products deserve five stars, but the management remains frustrating.

26/06/2025: I ordered a millefoglie cake with custard and chocolate chips. Unfortunately I found something but it wasn't a millefoglie. It was covered with vegetable cream, a real blasphemy and the cream had a color with fluorescent green shades. The flavor was anything but genuine. I'm sorry for the past times but I will never return to this pastry shop. Prices have increased but not the quality.

06/08/2025: Fresh fish, excellent quality, good service although I recommend having extra waiters when there are a lot of people, courteous and kind staff.

20/07/2025: So, on a Saturday night, it's not possible to have just one waitress! One! Who does everything, cleans, washes, takes out the garbage, takes orders, delivers the dishes, and if you're lucky, even puts on live entertainment. Long waits, and there are still slips of paper (a system that's never been used by the Japanese). I didn't want to leave this review because they finally gave us a discount, but I felt sick the next day.
