18/05/2026: Truly a terrible experience, I'm giving it one star because there's no way to give it zero! I strongly advise the owner to remove the "DOGS ALLOWED" wording from the restaurant's Google link because it's a complete rip-off!!! We went there for dinner, but we didn't even get a feel for the atmosphere. The crowd of young people consuming cocktails outside the entrance was almost impenetrable, and we barely managed to reach the bar, pushing our way through them. As soon as we introduced ourselves with our reservation (for 8 people), the waiter noticed my dog ​​and said, "Dogs aren't allowed!" I turned to the owner to point out that the dog is small and very calm, and he rudely exclaimed, "Absolutely not! Pets have never been allowed here and never will be!" At that point, we struggled through the crowd to the exit and left. I'm addressing you, dear "Owner" of the restaurant: Rest assured that we will NEVER enter your restaurant again, rest assured! Dogs are everywhere these days, even in supermarkets and pharmacies. In fact, we had no trouble finding an excellent restaurant that same evening that opened its doors to us with a smile and such kindness. Think not only of us humans, but also of my much-maligned dog! A word of advice: stop making fun of people and do yourself a favor: "IMMEDIATELY REMOVE THE WORD: DOGS ALLOWED FROM THE LINK!!!"

14/06/2026: A place of "once upon a time" that doesn't mean "old"! Gianni and his wonderful family pampered and spoiled us for an entire weekend! We were four friends attending a cycling race. Everything was excellent! From the climate to the hospitality. Thanks again!

28/01/2026: Horrible experience, I ordered 1 pizza (radicchio, gorgonzola, and pancetta), 2 regular calzones, 1 panuozzo with sausage and aubergines, 1 large Coke, and 1 water. I arrived at 8:10 PM. THEY STILL HAD TO PREPARE THEM! Once they were ready, I left, forgetting about my drink; they didn't bother reminding me to get it. I went back to get them, and the girl at the cashier TOLD ME SHE DIDN'T MAKE ME PAY FOR THEM, and I SPENT A WHOP OF €41. Oh, and she also charged me €7 for a portion of overheated fries. Furthermore, they haven't updated the prices they've had in the photos for a whopping 3 years (the girl says). The products aren't top-quality, and the atmosphere is very sad. Be careful not to be fooled by the prices in the photos! I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND.

02/08/2026: Terrible experience. The food was very poor quality and we didn't enjoy it at all. The worst thing was the staff's behavior: they were rude, disrespectful, and spoke arrogantly. A customer always deserves politeness and respect, regardless of the situation. Furthermore, the service was slow and disorganized. I will never return and I don't recommend this restaurant to anyone.

31/01/2026: What can I say...a wonderful discovery!!! I went there by chance today with my partner and son.... traditional menu, and all the dishes were a success.... quality, flavors, and quantity were all perfect.... it's probably the best traditional restaurant I've ever been to. The tortelli verdi deserve an award.... the gnocco fritto were a spectacle, the food was so good!!!! Wide and refined wine selection.... very fair prices, and considering the ingredients, a great deal!!!! The host was attentive and kind! We'll definitely be back!!!! Thank you for the wonderful experience!

12/04/2026: Salvatore and his family have renovated this historic restaurant (formerly Veliero), and with their menu, I think they're the best choice for good food in a quiet, relaxing setting! The pasta e fagioli with clams and mussels or the seafood risotto, along with their signature dishes, are, in my opinion, the best! Highly recommended!

12/05/2026: Since it changed ownership, it's become one of my favorite ice cream shops, and I can finally avoid leaving Montecchio for a good gelato. The staff is friendly, and the prices are absolutely reasonable. Highly recommended for both gelato and ice cream cakes!
