01/11/2025: We're longtime customers of Saggittario, and it's always a pleasure to return. The restaurant retains all the warmth and charm of authentic Emilian trattorias, where tradition blends with attention to every detail. Four of us dined, starting with cured meat appetizers accompanied by the famous torta fritta, light and fragrant, as only Emilians know how to make it. Authentic, generous flavors that speak of the land and the hands of those who know it. Then the star of the evening: the Florentine steak on lava stone, served at the table and carved before your eyes with the confidence and grace of someone who truly knows their craft. Perfectly cooked, the meat tender and flavorful, surrounded by golden, crispy potatoes and accompanied by a lively and fragrant Lambrusco that made everything even more enjoyable. To finish, the house desserts, simple and authentic, served with an excellent nocino liqueur, gave the evening the perfect finishing touch. A special thanks to Elena, the true soul of the restaurant: friendly, attentive, and always ready to make every guest feel at home. A restaurant you'll always want to return to, because it combines quality, hospitality, and authenticity—values ​​that are now rare and precious. Highly recommended for those who love good, authentic Emilian cuisine.

28/10/2025: We discovered this place thanks to my son, who had been coming here several times... we ate very well... The tortelli were spectacular, not to mention the meat!!!!! The owner is a fantastic and super nice person!!!! We are from Pescara and next time we come to Parma we will definitely stop at Sagittario 😉💯👍

The place is perfect for enjoying a drink alone or with friends. The food is delicious, and they have gluten-free muffins, lactose-free milk, and plant-based milk options. 100% recommended, a must-visit classic.

21/09/2025: Had lunch today at the Pumpkin Festival, on a large table with high stools typical of a pub... good food but when I paid the bill (high prices) they didn't discount us anything... we paid exactly the same as those who were sitting comfortably... slow service... I won't be back!

29/07/2025: First fish was overcoocked. Portions too small. Meet- overcooked even tough we asked medium coocked. (Salmon was not eatable) Nice atmosphere but dont go there for food. Pricy for this region.

The price was really excessive. Those who go to certain places still expect the flavors and hospitality of the past. We almost felt like we were being a nuisance.

24/08/2025: A properly maintained environment would be inviting. This establishment is not only dated, but also shabby and overpriced. It's a former summer camp retreat. The cloth tablecloths and napkins are anything but adequate. It's not a grand hotel; it's a simple environment and requires simplicity even in setting the table. The food is good, the staff are friendly, but the prices are too high (a first course costs €14 (!), which is more than you'd expect in a city location). This location and the place are anything but touristy. The price of the wine, being in the Lambrusco region, is unjustified.

You can also opt for a more casual approach to the standard menu and rely on expert recommendations based on the freshest ingredients available daily. Not to mention the excellent home delivery service. I would have liked to attach some photos of the special, personalized dinner to better illustrate the home delivery experience, with impeccable fish quality. I personally recommend Santo Stefano, certain you won't be disappointed. The prices are reasonable and absolutely proportionate to what you eat.

12/10/2025: Good, plentiful pizza, with whole wheat and gluten-free dough options available. The toppings aren't the best, but overall the food is good. The coffee and house wine are also good. I don't like the dining room decor, but that's a personal preference. Service was particularly lacking, despite there being only a few tables to serve. Prices were average.

21/10/2025: The steaming grilled vegetables from the microwave oven are invisible. The mixed fried fish and vegetables are decent.

04/10/2025: Rustic atmosphere, with some unpleasant smells from the countryside outside, I think. Good food; I had one of the best mixed fried fish dishes I've had in recent memory. Pizzas are good, and the house desserts are also good. The only flaw: the zuppa inglese doesn't have "Sassolino" (little stone) in it; otherwise, tell them, I don't like that aniseed aroma. The service is good but chaotic, and dishes arrive uncoordinated. I understand the difference between the kitchen and the pizza, but three dishes from the kitchen at different times at the same table isn't good practice. Overall, a good experience. Not exactly cheap...
