08/03/2026: We went to this place for an aperitif, and the staff was very rude from the start. Despite there being plenty of free tables, they wanted us to sit at the table next to the door leading to the outside area. Even after they managed to get us to change tables, the situation didn't improve. In fact, the wait for a drink was over 30 minutes, and once we arrived, no snacks were brought, unlike at the other tables. We pointed this out to the usual waitress, and after several attempts, she managed to bring us two small bowls of peanuts and olives. But it didn't end there. We asked why we were being treated "differently" from the other customers, who also had other snacks in addition to our measly bowls. The waitress's response was: "We've run out of snack bowls, we can't wash them!!!" The situation was quite ridiculous, and after a short while, the other waiters came into the room with thousands more bowls of snacks. What a shame! It was more than obvious she didn't want to bring them to us. Awful experience, and very rude staff. It's a shame, because this place has incredible potential that they don't know how to use. Not recommended if you want to enjoy a quiet aperitivo.

08/03/2026: I came here in the evening with friends for a drink and company: from the start, the atmosphere was completely messy. The tables were stacked on top of each other, so the people who were subsequently seated next to us seemed like they were part of our table, and there was absolutely no privacy whatsoever. As for the service, I wanted to order still water, but they didn't have any, so I was forced to order sparkling water. Then came the payment (which, given the bar's central location and reputation, isn't the cheapest, but that's beside the point), and despite the request, it wasn't possible to pay in cash as only card payments were accepted. The icing on the cake, however, came shortly afterward when the waitress told us that, having paid and not wanting to order anything else, "we had to leave the table" because "she needed it."

13/03/2026: What can I say? I recently discovered this little study corner, and I have to say I'm always happy to come because it's a clean space, with plenty of outlets, where you can study in peace. The staff is very attentive and always ready to offer advice.

25/02/2026: I'm a girl who goes to study there very often and I have to say the environment is very clean. The last time I tried the matcha with cold soy milk and I fell in love with it ☺️. Very attentive and kind staff.

08/11/2025: The pizza was good, even though it was more than half an hour late, with raw sausages and the unsolicited sausage. I didn't eat tonight.

26/10/2025: The pizza is almost awful... they look like piadinas with toppings on top, the margherita almost seemed like a frozen one from the supermarket, expensive for the quality it offers... I haven't tried the panzerotti

05/12/2025: Nothing special, prices are a little above average and the quality of the food is just above the average of the usual €20 all-you-can-eat restaurants. The atmosphere and service are excellent.

09/11/2025: Zushi was excellent, good value, high-quality fish, but above all, tasty. The change in direction is currently causing everything to collapse. Go back to the way they were before! All these sushi restaurants in the city are subpar compared to yours (from years ago). They offer beautiful dishes but lack flavor and taste!!! I'm very disappointed. Change your marketing and improve. The €30 menu formula needs to be explained well (portions, what's included, limitations, etc.) to avoid unpleasant incidents.

12/09/2025: "Frozen yogurt" cost €4.50 and was half a glass of warm squacquerone. Update 11/09/25 I tried again hopefully, but it was still warm. Global warming must be to blame.

20/04/2026: Pizza and good sandwiches all from the oven. Leo Italiano is nicely positioned in the mall and offers a dining option, and a takeaway option.

27/03/2026: I go there often for lunch and breakfast. The coffee is very good. The staff is attentive and friendly, polite, and kind. For lunch I had a focaccia, and what can I say... Beautifully filled and delicious... Highly recommended. (I haven't seen all the terrible things others have seen.)

04/04/2026: Decent food, but the price is EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE. The bill increases unexpectedly when you pay. It costs the same as a Michelin-starred restaurant. A rip-off.

05/02/2026: The bill was €37 for nine watery, tasteless tortelli and defrosted lasagna. When the dishes arrived, a strong musty (not to mention moldy) smell began to permeate the table. Once we paid the bill, we told the lady at the cashier that we hadn't enjoyed the food, and instead of apologizing, she replied, "We've been here for 15 years and no one's ever complained." I advise the staff to read the reviews to understand the situation. Fortunately, we weren't a dissenting voice; PAYING customers shouldn't be treated this way. I strongly advise against it.
