01/08/2026: We had a great time. The options were excellent, the handmade pasta was excellent, and the staff were all very friendly and attentive.
They always organize something, and the program is varied.
The road to get there is also convenient and wide. There's plenty of parking. There are also games for children, including a basketball court. It was a shame to leave.
Highly recommended.
28/06/2026: Dirty, disorganized, and forgettable. It's a shame because it has potential and because there's nothing else. Prices are made up on the spot and still high. The restrooms are worse than the worst service station. The dumplings and cured meats are days old.

02/03/2026: Too bad...we've known this restaurant for years. The menu is still the same, but it's not as good as it used to be. Cured meats, NO COMMENT, very thick tortelli. The only good thing is the semifreddo...which they don't make...sorry!
03/01/2026: A quaint, timeless trattoria in the Parma Apennines, just a few kilometers from the famous Bardi Castle.
A colorful and original atmosphere, authentic and delicious food (we had a fantastic torta fritta accompanied by a platter of local cured meats, homemade herb ravioli, and delicious loin and fried porcini mushrooms). Excellent value for money.
Paola and Carmela welcomed us with love and kindness, making us feel at home right away.
Thank you so much, we'll be back soon 🫶🏻

23/09/2025: Noisy and messy atmosphere. For a cafeteria, the first and second courses are good, but the portions are small. The pizzeria is worth it for both the pizzas and the saltimbocca.
Payments at the cash register are messy and extremely slow. Arguments break out among customers who skip the long lines. Prices have increased by about 30% since April 2nd. Prices are rising, and portions are decreasing. The photos show a lunch of chicken breast and potatoes and two pieces of bread for about 10 euros (I'm lucky the company charges 4.2 euros).
08/09/2025: Company cafeteria offering a good price/performance ratio. Complete with a pizza oven and coffee bar.

04/05/2026: I went yesterday, May 3, 2026, for ice cream. It wasn't good, and I was surprised from the start by the person working there. He's rude and lacks experience in dealing with customers. When a foreigner sees you, he looks at you with disdain. Maybe the poor guy thinks people come to him for free ice cream!

05/02/2026: Piadina made on the fly with the dough warmed up on the spot and topped while it heats up.
Overall, it's definitely good if you want something Italian for a snack or dinner. It's perfect.

Often in conflicting publications, which in my opinion makes no sense. Just compare what I'm saying with other supermarkets with the same brand.

20/10/2025: I've been coming to this place my whole life, and I'm really saddened by this change.
I ordered one of their classic burgers, and when I asked for salad, they added exactly one leaf of lettuce, charging me 50 cents on the receipt. The same goes for the sauces that went with the fries (1 packet of ketchup + 1 packet of mayo). These amounts aren't specified on the menu, so it's a real surprise. I'm very disappointed, and I'll avoid them in the future.

23/03/2026: The restaurant is located in a prominent location directly across from the Sala Baganza fortress, making it very convenient thanks to the large parking lot across the street.
The bar is spacious, well-furnished, and has plenty of tables both inside and out.
The service and staff attitude could definitely be improved.

After reading the manager's response, I downgraded my review by one star: indeed, the hostile and almost rude attitude persisted even beyond the brief experience at the restaurant; unfortunately, good manners—evidently—are not a gift for everyone.
10/02/2026: Nice place, but not very well managed.
On Sunday afternoon, nothing was available, not even a toasted sandwich, which is the bare minimum for a bar.

31/05/2026: Terrible service, tortelli with overcooked pasta, they're looking for courtesy in the warehouse, and the allergen-free menu isn't up to standard, handwritten on a loose sheet of paper. I recommend changing sectors. The metalworking industry is always looking for something.

22/01/2026: I went on August 14, 2025 and I had a great time, excellent food, friendly and helpful owner and more than fair price, of course you are in Schia not in Courmayeur and therefore you also have to adapt to the place, who is not comfortable and gives one star can also stay at home I would like to see what they eat at home LIDL cans.

But the last few times, the pizza has gotten drier and drier. Tonight I got a slice, and it was rock hard, inedible.
I'm not being mean; you guys are great, but the pizza slices are getting worse and worse.

18/11/2025: After booking the guided tour of the castle, we arrived and found no one to welcome us...not even a guide.
After several unanswered calls and almost half an hour of pointless waiting, I received a call with an excuse to tell us that no one would be arriving.
I would have appreciated it if they had warned me in advance and told me the truth, which I thought was that they hadn't reached the minimum number for the guided tour since we were the only ones waiting.
A ruined visit.
15/11/2025: I'm very sorry to read Mrs. Agata's reaction to those who said the food wasn't good. Since she only uses frozen foods, she knows full well, being a native of Parma, that frozen and thawed torta fritta is unacceptable... everything is frozen and microwaved, so why be offended?
