We ordered several desserts, including two vegan croissants with apricot jam and raspberry jam. Good food and excellent service. We stayed about an hour, so no fines for us!!! (Be careful about parking!)

For me, this is the best pastry shop in Parma. It's been my go-to breakfast spot for almost two years. A cut above all the other cafes in Parma. A huge plus is the friendly and helpful staff, especially Mary and Giorgio. It's a great way to start the day off right!

Trattoria Bar La Parmetta

03/02/2026: Good morning, Fede Giordano, I'm eating at La PARMETTA. The place is welcoming, the staff is very kind and attentive, the food is well-prepared and delicious, and the quality/price ratio is fair for the dishes they serve. I highly recommend it.

03/04/2026: Croissants with various flavors and very good... professional and kind staff.
04/02/2026: The atmosphere is a bit sad and overly formal. The croissants, in my opinion, aren't worth the price: probably the fact that they're the only ones in Parma with fillings puts them at an advantage. It's a shame, though, that the flavor is unbalanced and, for my taste, overly sweet. PS: The croissant photo was a takeout, so the cream was melted, but unfortunately, there's not much you can do about that.
