My wife and I went on a short trip to Parma and stopped for an aperitif at this bar. I'd like to compliment Girasa Claudia, who, with truly remarkable professionalism, welcomed and pampered us like never before. I highly recommend it. And I forgot something important: the place can be appreciated even from the bathroom. And I have to say... Great stuff... We'll definitely be back.

Very kind and professional staff, decent atmosphere, so-so food. Perhaps more suitable for a foreign tourist; a true Parma native might have something to say about it. The sbrisolona is good.

We only ordered a cappuccino and a bottle of water. At first, everything was quick and easy, but then, when friends joined us, each order took far too long. The waiters were overwhelmed with each order. The coffee wasn't particularly tasty, and on top of that, a bottle of water (0.75L) cost €5...

The O Bistro is beautifuly designed and has a nice location. Service was veery slow and although it was 8pm on Saturday evening, they didn't have half of the menu, nor the vine we ordered. When we finaly, more then 1,5 hours later, got some food, the portions were crazy small. We had no time to find another place to eat and went to bed hungry😅. In ITALY🙉🙈😂!! It looked like the people who came just for drinks had a good time.

I went to O'bistrot this afternoon for an aperitivo after a stroll around the city center, partly because of some activities in Piazza Garibaldi. The waiters were very friendly, punctual, and courteous. The prices are in line with those in Parma's city center.
