Excellent kind and friendly and helpful staff

Excellent pastry shop, very kind staff... the only flaw about this cafe is the owner... a grumpy, ignorant person who just doesn't know how to deal with customers! I know many people who don't go there anymore for this very reason and go to Vitti next door, which has excellent pastries and more, and everyone is kind. Personally, given the owner's discourtesy towards me on several occasions, I go there much less... what a shame!!!! These people are incapable of running a business and interacting with the public, but he obviously focused on excellent pastry chefs... His wife is very kind, and all the staff... except him... Hmm...
