19/04/2025: I had high hopes for this place based on the photos, and to be fair, the views are stunning—probably the only highlight of the entire stay. Unfortunately, everything else was a letdown. The on-site restaurant? A complete disaster. The food was borderline inedible—bland, dry, and served without a single sauce or side. Even the bread served on the side was stale and made last month. For the prices they’re charging, you’d expect at least basic flavor or effort, but nope. You’re better off bringing snacks or making the trip into town. The pool was another disappointment—full of grass, leaves, and who knows what else. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. The room was completely unprepared for cold weather. No proper insulation, heating, wasn’t to standard just a drafty box that left me shivering all night. It’s fine if you’re staying in the summer, maybe, but avoid it at all costs in colder seasons. To top it off, the nearby castle (which seems like a main draw) is absurdly overpriced, as is the restaurant. Nothing here matches the cost. Bottom line: great view, but everything else is mid at best. Would not recommend.

29/03/2025: Hi, I found myself for a baptism event and I can say that I had a very good time eating fish with generous portions starting from the appetizers to the end and very good fresh fish. I recommend if you are in the area and want to eat well and in the right place, congratulations to the chef.

25/05/2025: Domenica, pranzo in famiglia,eravamo in 8 persone, abbiamo ordinato dei primi e alcuni dei secondi tra cui fritture di calamari e mista. Partiamo dal fatto che nel menu c'erano due tipologie di fritture, una frittura calamari e verdure pastellate, e l'altra frittura mista con verdure pastellate. Ci arrivano le tre fritture calamari senza le verdure pastellate. Alla nostra richiesta al cameriere dove erano le verdure pastellate, ci comunicava che noi l'avevamo chiesta solo calamari perché c'erano tre tipologie nel menù quando invece non è assolutamente vero. Dopo la nostra puntualizzazione e fatto vedere il loro menù, si è corretto e ha portato una sola porzione di verdure pastellate per le tre fritture. Ma la cosa più scandalosa erano le tre fritture di calamari e l'altra frittura mista, completamente secche, dure, di colore scuro, asciutte, molto probabilmente riscaldate. Devo dire che alla mia età ne ho girati di ristoranti specialmente sulla Riviera Adriatica ma questa è stata la frittura peggiore che io abbia mangiato e costava anche €18. Nessuno dei quattro commensali che ha preso le fritture di calamari e mista è rimasto soddisfatto, anzi molto insoddisfatto. Solo perché eravamo in famiglia, persone educate, non abbiamo voluto far polemica con il cameriere, altrimenti erano da far riportare indietro completamente. Inoltre il servizio molto scarso e il conto molto alto.

18/04/2025: Il locale è di dimensioni contenute, molto carino. Abbiamo mangiato davvero bene: in tre abbiamo preso un tagliere misto con torta fritta, una porzione di anolini in brodo e 2 di cappellacci in crema di parmigiano e zafferano, un calice di lambrusco, due bottiglie di acqua e tre dessert (un tiramisù, una porzione di sbrisolona con crema allo zabaione ed una fetta di torta Susanna). Tutto davvero buono e di qualità (unico appunto ma legato al gusto personale, la crema di parmigiano la avrei preferita più densa ma questo non cambia il giudizio più che positivo del piatto di cui avrei fatto volentieri il bis). Quello che ha lasciato perplessi è il servizio ma lette le altre recensioni forse era solo una giornata poco felice. Nulla di clamoroso ma di certo non abbiamo trovato la famosa allegria emiliana e, nella fase finale, l'attenzione nei nostri riguardi è decisamente calata. Può aver contribuito una serie di nuovi arrivi in pochi minuti o qualsiasi altro elemento, fattonsta che è l'unica nota poco intonata ad una serata davvero piacevole. Il conto (99 euro) era adeguato

22/01/2025: Historic pizzeria in Parma. Pizza in many versions and with slightly bizarre but good flavors. It's a shame it closed due to out of business.

03/01/2025: The pizza is good and there is no discussion, however I find time management to be a complete lack of respect towards customers: I try to book on foodracer and the delivery is scheduled for 8.30pm. Since it's a curfew period, I call and ask if I can have them earlier by doing takeaway. I am told to show up at 7.30pm. Arrival on time. The pizza was delivered to me a good hour late (so if I had ordered on foodracer I would have had the same service?). I left while those who had an appointment at 7.45pm were still waiting. I find this disorganization disrespectful and it is not a matter of covid or other excuses.

12/03/2025: The deep pizza is not bad, on the contrary. Perhaps some were a little undercooked. The tomato sauce was delicious, but I can't say the same about the cheese, which could be improved. The service was very friendly, patient and attentive. Convenient pickup. Overall, not a bad option.

26/04/2025: La gelateria Calypso è una di quelle gemme nascoste che ti sorprendono al primo assaggio. Qui non si trovano solo i classici gusti, ma vere e proprie creazioni originali che riescono a conquistare anche i palati più curiosi. Dai sapori più particolari come “Fior di sale e caramello” o “Ricotta e fichi” fino a combinazioni più audaci, ogni gusto è una scoperta. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è davvero imbattibile: con soli 2,5€ ti porti a casa una coppetta o un cono ricco di gusto e cremosità. Le porzioni sono generose e gli ingredienti freschi si sentono ad ogni cucchiaino. L’atmosfera è accogliente e il personale sempre disponibile a consigliare il gusto perfetto per te. Se sei alla ricerca di qualcosa di diverso dalla solita gelateria, Calypso è sicuramente una tappa obbligatoria. 🍨

06/06/2025: Funghi prugnoli con le uova strapazzate. Un classico di stagione accompagnati dall'ottimo Lambrusco di Cerdelli. Vino uova e funghi a km zero. È si sente. Come al solito prezzo corretto. Comodo il parcheggio
