22/08/2025: We stayed at Agriturismo Il Salice and had a truly wonderful experience. The owner welcomed us impeccably, with great warmth and helpfulness, making us feel immediately at ease and also recommending excellent places to eat.
We were looked after very carefully during breakfast: excellent service and quality products. The rooms were spotless and meticulously maintained. The agriturismo also offers a swimming pool, horses, and other animals, perfect for children. A special mention goes to the sweet dog Mirtillo, who made our stay even more special.
Even though our stay was short, we had a great time and felt right at home. Highly recommended for those seeking relaxation, nature, and authentic hospitality.
07/06/2025: We came to this agriturismo for lunch. The dishes are very simple, like tortelli di erbette (good but nothing special) or roast porchetta (exceptional). Top location, but prices are really inflated for what the place offers, the largest menu with three bottles of wine for 8 people is €45 per person.

17/10/2025: Excellent coffee option close to Parma train station. The pistachio cornetto was tasty. The place was very quiet during the morning. Younger crowd. Perhaps a spot for students to study or take breaks.

15/10/2025: Excellent traditional Chinese food, a restaurant that's rarely seen these days. A pleasant experience, we'll be back to try the dishes, which are available by reservation! The staff is friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere is comfortable. The menu isn't extensive, perhaps to ensure greater attention to detail and quality of the ingredients and dishes. This restaurant is recommended for lovers of Chinese cuisine. TOP TOP

14/03/2026: Two girls, perhaps new to the restaurant. There's no menu (intolerances, vegan options, and allergen list not included). Beer list? Not even a single one, just a leaflet in the entire place (it was on my table, but they took it away to give to others). Long preparation times, 25 minutes for a burger, with no bun for a burger 😆 and two slices of unknown bread. I wanted another beer, but the effort of ordering it made me change my mind.

17/01/2026: Dinner with generous, excellent-quality dishes; two factors that more than justify the price. Those who complain about the high prices fail to appreciate the true value of the quality of the dishes served. Exceptional beer. Very courteous and fast service. The only flaw is the annoying reverberation, caused by poorly trained technicians who didn't recommend soundproofing materials like raw clay during the renovation.

The service was good, and the person who served us—I'm not sure if it was the owner—was very friendly and knowledgeable.
He was also very kind in not charging us for a dish, even though we ate it, because we asked because the quality wasn't good. That's never happened to me.
I'll definitely be back if I'm in the area again.
07/01/2026: We stopped by on our way back from vacation. What can I say? We ended on a high note with excellent first courses and exceptional prosciutto.
We'll be back.

11/03/2026: Well... the first time I stumbled upon it by chance, and it was the last available room. I use hotels for work, it was the Parma machine tool fair. This time, even more out of desperation, I managed to find an available room. Always in their style, meticulously maintained and contemporary, as well as being ultra-clean to the point of being immaculate. The owners were extremely helpful, and for a moment it crossed my mind that they could read my mind, as they accommodated all my needs without me even sharing them with them.
So... I recommend it as the first hotel to call when you want to stay in Parma.

03/11/2025: The best gelato I've ever had. I hadn't been to Parma for years, and when we returned, the first thing I thought of was going to this gelateria, which, luckily, was still open. The hazelnut gelato is wonderful, very creamy and not too sweet, and I also love the biscotti. Highly recommended.

04/03/2026: I look on Google Maps and I see this bar. I look at the menu and I see sandwiches, salads, and much more. So I go there. You arrive in a few minutes. They don't do salads or anything else, just sandwiches. At least update the situation.
