Here you can find quality products, parmesan from red cows which is excellent, more expensive than normal parmesan but every now and then it's worth it! A very kind lady served me. Advised.

04/04/2024: We come from Cuneo twice a year to supply cured meats and parmesan and have chosen this restaurant several times. Characteristic place that reminds us of the old trattoria. Nice menu of local cuisine. The anolini in third class broth are fantastic. The culatello served wasn't the best, too dry. The service needs to be reviewed, a smile and courtesy are always a sign of professionalism. Slightly high price.

02/04/2024: We had dinner there on Easter evening, a very nice and welcoming place. The lady was very kind and helpful as was the waiter who served us. We ate very well, for example the Savarin Al Culatello was delicious, a dish we didn't know. The salted caramel cheesecake they made was also great. I absolutely recommend it, you will find professionalism and customer care.
30/03/2024: Good place. I found the bread not great. It is a shame to neglect this precious food.
