28/09/2025: Very nice location... shame about the waitresses and a job where if you smile everything is much nicer

21/09/2025: We sat outside for a good breakfast. The waitress preferred to take orders from other tables who arrived after ours. When it was our turn, the same waitress was very rude. The cappuccino wasn't foamed properly, but the croissants were good and well-filled.

17/10/2025: Being a historic café located right in the city center, I expected much more. I went with my partner for breakfast. We were served two croissants cold from the refrigerator, definitely from the day before, and two coffees that were nothing but brown colored water. The staff is friendly, but they still have a lot to learn.

23/09/2025: Dolce vita at breakfast in Modena, the hometown of Luciano and Enzo...two geniuses of Italian heritage.

23/09/2025: Very friendly owner. The café is centrally located, right on the roundabout with the large Ferrari horse in the middle. Free parking is available. The cappuccino is excellent!

07/09/2025: €16 for two "large" spritzes? I wouldn't have paid that much even in Milan. And no chips or other appetizers... Never again.

13/10/2025: A simple and minimalist restaurant, with both indoor and outdoor seating. A wide selection of pizzas and appetizers, prepared with passion and attention to detail. The staff is friendly and helpful, and you can sense the care they put into their work. A small restaurant with a quiet and informal atmosphere.

01/08/2025: The guy who served me was very kind and fast, the place is nice, it has both inside and outside tables, the pizza is very thin and crispy (almost more like a stripe than a pizza) and even if I personally prefer it more Neapolitan style the flavour is good

10/10/2025: A very serious episode of irresponsibility. A friend of mine, a celiac for 20 years, asked for a gluten-free piadina one evening: it was prepared and served as such. Today we returned for lunch and were told they don't make and have never made gluten-free piadinas. When we explained, the man's response was: "Okay, but you didn't feel sick." A shameful statement, which shows zero training, zero respect, and total disregard for the health of customers. For a certified celiac, even the smallest trace of gluten can cause intestinal damage, even without immediate symptoms. So the fact that "she didn't feel sick" is absolutely no excuse. My friend risked a serious reaction and actual intestinal damage, without anyone taking responsibility. In my opinion, what happened is extremely serious, both from a food safety and human safety perspective. I hope the restaurant takes this incident seriously, trains its staff adequately, and protects those with specific dietary needs: customer safety is not a minor concern.

10/10/2025: Rude, arrogant, and ill-mannered staff. I asked for a gluten-free piadina. They delivered a gluten-containing piadina. I went to the hospital because of them. I will take appropriate action. Avoid this place. After informing the owner, he exclaimed, "So... so, you weren't sick." You think you've never seen a worse place than this.

25/10/2025: I stopped and ordered some fries. After 10 minutes, they still weren't ready, and other customers who arrived after me received their piadinas while my order was supposed to be ready. We're talking about fries in a kind of street food setting! Noticing my dissatisfaction, the hostess said it was taking its time. Meanwhile, the fries were removed from the fryer and strangely left to "rest" on a tray. Another five minutes passed, and some of the fries, looking very anemic, were placed inside a couple of piadinas. Meanwhile, we continued to wait without receiving our fries. Finally, after about fifteen minutes, the fries were placed on the two trays. Looking at them, they looked raw. I tasted one, and indeed, they were raw. I pointed this out to the guy who served them to me, and at this point the cashier said that since I was in a hurry, she hadn't cooked them properly and that if I wanted them, I should have kept them raw! To which I replied that I wouldn't eat them raw and that I wanted more, at which point the cashier gave me my money back and asked me to leave so she could serve other customers. Besides, they didn't even give me a receipt. TERRIBLE service, equally TERRIBLE food. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED. If you know this, DON'T STOP!!!

10/06/2025: Piada raw and not very seasoned, or rather seasoned with a quintal of rocket and only a slice of raw ham and a teaspoon of squacquerone. 8 euros with just a water. Oh well...

26/05/2025: Strongly not recommended. On the occasion of our first order, out of three pizzas requested, two were delivered completely incorrectly. Even with great indulgence, we decided to accept the pizzas anyway, underlining the importance of greater accuracy in subsequent deliveries. However, the following week, the same error occurred again, forcing us to refuse the order as it did not comply with the specific requests. To our great dismay, about two hours after the refusal, the owner showed up personally at our home, adopting a seriously threatening and verbally aggressive attitude. It is absolutely unacceptable to expect a customer to accept an incorrect order, containing unwanted products, as if it were intended for another person. This circumstance is made even more serious by the potential exposure to health risks, such as allergic reactions, due to the arbitrary inclusion of ingredients not requested by the customer. The episode described highlights behavior marked by a shocking lack of respect and an unacceptable level of rudeness towards customers, reaching a peak of severity that cannot be tolerated.

25/03/2025: Lunch... pizza, water, and coffee €15.50. Not recommended.

16/10/2025: They don't even ask if we want whole wheat pizza, as I'm allergic to whole wheat flour. I ordered regular pizza, but they've already had whole wheat pizza twice, so I'm wasting my money on pizza.

07/10/2025: The food is usually good, but today I had salad and found pieces of eggshells and little animals in it.

16/10/2025: They serve a quantity of drink well below the specified amount. I'm posting a photo of a medium Coke without ice, which should be 0.4 liters.

20/09/2025: It is unacceptable in 2025 not to have a POS and refuse electronic payments.

24/05/2025: There is no POS. You can only pay in cash. If you don't have cash, they suggest you go and withdraw. Reason: POS not working, Wi-Fi problems etc. Pizzeria Allegria, it is not acceptable. You must have a working POS by law. And if you tell this lie about the device not working for 6 months, one stops believing it after the second time they come to you. Pretty good pizza, definitely not "the real Neapolitan". Sometimes Raw, so much so that I felt sick.

16/09/2025: The location, needless to say, is right in the station, so it's crowded and the atmosphere is terrible. If you need to park your car outside, there are some paid parking spaces. The cleanliness is similar to many station bars and Macs—terrible. The bathrooms are filthy. The staff barely say hello; unfortunately, we all understand they're underpaid, but at least they smile every now and then. You're not asking for the moon. The food, needless to say, is certainly not gourmet. Frozen foods, vaguely edible snacks, the usual unhealthy processed food, but clearly you can't expect more than that at the station. The truly intolerable thing is that the bar prices are also high! In short, only if you're in a pinch; otherwise, go away from this area...you'll certainly find better.

24/08/2025: Beautiful girl with black braids…she helped me and my friend prepare our order on time…we had 8 minutes left until our train and she managed to get it there on time…very helpful and respectful… ❤️

18/10/2025: Terrible experience! I even contacted Just Eat for a refund because it was really embarrassing, but unfortunately it didn't work out. I ordered a regular poke and the rice was almost nonexistent. The salad, tuna, and salmon were also nonexistent. The ingredients were poor in quantity and quality. The salad was stale. €12 for just two ingredients seems way too much!

28/09/2025: Great place, very friendly owner and staff. Reasonable prices, even if not exactly cheap.

17/09/2025: This was my first visit to this beautiful place, the setting was beautiful. We took their advice and were right to trust them. As soon as I have the chance, I'll be back and exploring the many wines they have. If you're passing through Modena, stop by for a glass or a bottle. You can't go wrong.

15/02/2025: Polite and qualified staff.... You can taste different dishes from dessert to first courses My favorite is Erbazzone....I recommend it. The place appears neat and clean. It essentially passes all the requirements The Postman
