29/09/2024: I don't find it possible after years of "broken POS" to be asked what we would have consumed to be able to pay with the POS. No coffee, no breakfast. Payment with the POS is a legal rule and does not depend on how much you consume. I find it curious that in so many years no one has ever resumed this terrible habit of this exercise.
11/09/2024: Good, well-cooked croissants, tasty cappuccino and friendly service. A little vintage but welcoming place.

24/01/2025: Locale molto bello in pieno centro a Modena, gentili e disponibili, servizio impeccabile. L'unico neo è il bagno, INDECENTE, sporco oltre ogni limite, incrostazioni presenti sicuramente da settimane se non da mesi, indegno x ogni locale pubblico , soprattutto x un locale di quel tipo

25/03/2025: Locale pressochè vuoto, un solo cameriere anche se professionale. Uno dei piatti suggeriti era terminato, abbiamo dovuto optare per un'alternativa. Il cibo è accettabile anche se a prezzi decisamente alti per la qualità, ma niente di più.
L'attuale gestione, che non accetta nemmeno l'American Express, vive della passata gloria. Esperienza da non ripere se non in funzione della visita al locale.
24/03/2025: Piazza Roma Palazzo Ducale in the heart of the center of Modena. A place that has remained frozen in time, a nostalgic dive into a great, elegant and refined past. 31/03/2024: Se dici che fai Cucina di pesce, il cliente si aspetta pesce, non un antipasto freddo di frigorifero, gommoso e insipido, sicuramente non fresco.
I supplì sono delle frittelle di riso rotonde e piatte, praticamente senza condimento….quindi non sono supplì.
Pizza buona. Prendete quella.

It happened to me three times that the grilled chicken had practically gone bad and smelled, one of these times the chef even came out to apologize directly, but with the other 2 times, it means that they keep the food and the meat up to the limit, so as not to throw it away, 'recovering' the food with more cooking, with lots of oil and possibly other even worse methods
It's a shame because the girls on staff are the most courteous compared to the other canteens in the area...
20/11/2024: The only good thing is the price and the kindness, otherwise the food is of very poor quality and poorly prepared.

02/09/2024: Not very seriously we called to have the pizzas delivered at 8.00pm and at 10.00pm there was no trace of the pizzas, after having also called them back several times and they continued to reply that they had already left (so they were also making fun of us) in the end we felt cheated and we canceled because it was now 10pm and with a table of 6 people we had to put on the piadina at 10pm after we had called them from 8pm.
It wasn't the first time I called them, I had also called them some time ago and even then they had arrived late and on top of that the pizza was burnt, okay I got over it and said it could happen but with this time I will never trust them again They.
01/09/2024: I'm calling to order 6 squares for home delivery
I am told they will be delivered at 8.50pm
At 9.30pm the pizzas still haven't arrived, we call to find out how they were, they apologize for the delay (due to the square being closed) and we are told that they are in the oven and that they will arrive in 10 minutes (with beer included).
10pm of pizzas No trace.
Thank you for the pain you gave us... but given the previous reviews we weren't stupid
Customers are not treated this way, we will definitely not return again

06/10/2024: The cafeteria has changed management, now it's terrible. We had a spritz and a cuddle when you pay they ask you to eat? Yes, thank you and they will bring you a painful cutter, two chips and two toasted corn. Total 14 euros but are we out or what. Shop window completely empty at 6pm, never happened with the old management and high quality food. I WON'T EVEN GO FOR A COFFEE ANYMORE. You can't see a window like this inside a shopping center
23/08/2024: I'm sorry because the raw material was very good but the service was terrible, at 10.35 today Friday 23 August I'll take 1 tea two pieces of pizza the first cold the second they forgot it in the oven because whoever put it went on an incredible break , very lazy staff

16/10/2023: Had dinner with a friend, I had an unlimited pizza menu, he had an unlimited gnocchi and tigelle menu, decent prices given that you eat as much as you want anyway (pizza 11.90, gnocco and tigelle 13.90) but then I'll tell you the details, really poor quality cold cuts for tigelle and crescentine and a you have the comment for the photo of the raw meat which as you can see is made up of half fat and the other not, while for the pizza the tastes are decided by the pizza chef and not by me as I thought it was because in other pizza rounds that I have done I decided me, and therefore I explicitly specified that I didn't eat cherry tomatoes, salami, fresh cheeses, mortadella and what do I get? A first course of pizza consisting of: artichokes and sausage, mushrooms and ham, -salami- and margherita... then in the second course of pizza I get: mozzarella and sausage, radicchio and balsamic and -parmesan- and bacon.. . then as the third course of pizza which was supposed to be the last I asked if I could choose the flavors and initially the request was denied but after insisting he accepted and so I ordered half "buffalo and cooked" and half 'Naples' made up of " anchovies, mozzarella and oregano", for the Naples part I can't complain but after seeing the other half I understood that it was a really sad pizzeria, meanwhile from the photo you can see the NO difference between the mozzarella of the Naples part and the "bufala" mozzarella " which instead should have been in the other half... and then the cooked ham comes to me raw??? In 24 years I have never seen the cooked and buffalo pizza which is my favorite with the cooked one being served raw... so it's up to you to judge... I understand the acceptable price but at least a bit of competence and quality in the ingredients

12/11/2023: Ci siamo fermati a mangiare una pizza prima di un film al Victoria, abbiamo detto subito che avevamo poco tempo e abbiamo chiesto se era possibile.. la cameriera ci ha detto che non c'era problema e che ci avrebbero serviti in fretta e così è stato, servizio veloce ed eccellente, personale cortese, simpatico e tutti avvisati dei nostri tempi, davvero un'organizzazione al top.. difficile da trovare e inoltre abbiamo mangiato un'ottima pizza e bevuto un vino buonissimo e freschissimo.. addirittura anche il signore alla cassa, ci ha chiesto che film stavamo andando a vedere. Veramente non si può chiedere di più. Si deve soltanto tornare 🙂👍
