The place is basic, and as other reviews have noted, it's a little difficult to reach the rooms by car, but the friendliness of the family far outweighs this small inconvenience. 03/07/2025: I took a half meter pizza, half old Modena flavor and the other sausage, eggplant and buffalo mozzarella; tasteless pizza, low and without soul and heart. Disappointed because the reviews said that the half meter was very good, evidently this pizzeria pleases those who love low and tasteless pizza. Certainly not among the best in eastern Modena.

02/04/2026: A marvel of a place combining human solidarity and public service, demonstrated in welcoming those who need assistance and hospitality. In a place where the hosted children are differently abled, but who, thanks to the help of the operators, are happily assisted, respected and brought to a level of life skills that is congenial to them. The Bistro is a jewel in the crown of the large overall structure of the Nazareno assistance and reception institution which in Carpi has its wonderful and functional establishment with laboratories and a highly organised reception structure to insert, host and help children with pathologies of various degrees.

27/11/2025: I contacted this venue to request a quote for a company party. After speaking to a guy through the number listed on Google and providing my email address, I was told I'd receive an email with some quotes. Two days later, I called back and no one answered. I sent a message on WhatsApp but nothing. I sent a text message asking for contact information but no one called. I tried calling back 3-4 times but no one ever answered. So I decided to send an email and got an automated message back telling me to contact another number. I called and my phone was turned off. Bottom line: I never received a quote and no one ever contacted me. What kind of business is this? It's a shame because I wasn't expecting it at all, but they obviously don't need new clients. Terrible service and terrible sales approach.

My daughter only wanted two plastic cups with a little ice, and the owner, a middle-aged man, said, "No, why do you always want a plastic cup that I pay for?" Excuse me, how much do two plastic cups with a little ice cost? They can't drink alcohol, can't I have it? My daughters said, "I'll pay for it!" HE, ALL ARROGANT, said, "Come on, who pays for a plastic cup?" Exactly who pays for a plastic cup. Afterwards, they went to a small warehouse since there was a party at the Estense finale, and GUESS! They generously gave it to them. Saying, "Come on, don't worry, here you go." Respect and generosity are what matters most. As a non-Italian, I consider it racism. 0 and still zero stars.
