06/01/2025: Nice and friendly staff, very helpful. Always abundant toppings and this is excellent, because I ended up in some pizzerias where maybe they would show you the sausage through binoculars. Fair prices. Distancing and sanitization rules are respected. I recommend it, unrefined and semi-wholemeal flour, very digestible!

Also inside the place there is a rather penetrating smell of stagnant water and withered flowers. Unreasonable prices

15/03/2025: €20 for 2 liters of water. No accompaniment whatsoever to try and justify the prices. Grumpy staff and smell of disinfectant throughout the place. In all this, there were only 2 tables occupied, including ours. So I really struggle to explain such an experience to myself. Typical example of an independent business where the owner is convinced that, since it is their own space, they can do whatever they want with zero consideration for the customer. Gentlemen, you are a public place that survives thanks to the people who do you the favor of coming in and overpaying for what you resell. Courtesy should be the first reason to justify your price lists, and also the thing that costs you the least to offer... from here you can only improve.

25/11/2024: Il ristorante self-service Il Mulino offre un’esperienza piacevole e pratica, perfetta per chi cerca un pasto veloce ma di qualità. Il menù è vario, con piatti preparati al momento che coniugano sapori tradizionali e moderni. L'ambiente è accogliente e ben organizzato, ideale per una pausa rilassante. Ottima l’attenzione alla freschezza degli ingredienti e al rapporto qualità-prezzo. Un posto dove tornare volentieri!

Today terrible: Large bowl less abundant than usual, poor ingredients (as seen in the photo), especially the flaccid cucumbers, tuna and salmon "stringy" and tasteless. Unfortunately I had to throw the whole bowl. Disappointing. A Coupon or something like that could make up for this bad experience...

21/04/2025: I ordered the poke in the shop and the shop assistant got the ingredients wrong but unfortunately I noticed it later. The avocado was very poor and the portions compared to the price do not reflect the fact of charging 20/30 cents more for things. I won't be returning

19/02/2025: Di passaggio lungo il tragitto Bologna-Fossoli, ci fermiamo in questa trattoria per un ristoro prandiale; tortellini (in brodo e verdi) ottimi e come secondo una badilata di salumi, formaggi, tigelle, gnocco fritto e borlenghi: adorabili. Mea culpa per aver mangiato il gnocco fritto con le posate, prometto che non lo faccio più.

Parlo da cliente affezionatissima da ormai 6 anni, posto scoperto per caso, ma che è diventato la meta necessaria per festeggiare ogni compleanno ed anniversario. 02/01/2025: I stopped ordering at home because lately the delivery guy was delivering the food wearing gym vests which honestly made me lose my appetite. Furthermore, the sushi arrived all messed up and they often got the order wrong.

31/10/2024: Ordered with delivery. Shrimp rolls were missing. On top of that, everything tasteless.....a real big disappointment. Never again.... shame..... Higher prices and embarrassing quality.......shame it's the only one open in quarantine.....I'll wait for the others to reopen.....
