08/10/2024: Sorry to review a place without practically having used the service. We booked for 12.30pm at the end of August for 6 people. We arrived at 12.45pm, even though the restaurant was less than half full, we were given a table after 10 minutes. At 1.20pm no one had brought us bread, asked for a drink or even taken our order. We asked and were told that they could serve the 2 children with us first but the 4 adults would eat around 2pm. Reluctantly we left looking for another place to eat. Too bad, the place is nice and there are also some games for children…

17/09/2024: I'm sorry to give a negative review because the place deserves it and the staff is very kind. But we waited 40 minutes (even though we had also booked) and the place was almost empty. The crostini as starters are not crostini but 2 ferrone of normal bagette The meat arrived COLD not seeing any bread we asked for it and we discovered that they didn't have it but upon request and paying they give you 2 tigelle which also arrived at the end of the meal however he tells us that he had said that the bread wasn't there, which wasn't the case also true because we would have asked immediately in case and more seriously, this absence IS NOT WRITTEN on the menu... I wonder how they consider the bread with crostini (it's only exclusively for crostini "not crostini")? Prices aren't even that low Finding this method absurd, I hope it is taken as constructive criticism because as a place it would be worth returning

19/01/2025: Bella serata trascorsa alla Pizzeria Sorriso in ottima compagnia. Il servizio è stato molto rapido, nonostante mi avessero avvisato che per la pizza ci sarebbe stato da aspettare un bel po’. Una piacevole sorpresa che ho apprezzato. La pizza era buona, senza particolari note distintive, ma comunque soddisfacente. Come dolce, ho provato la Zuppa Inglese: nel complesso interessante, anche se, a mio gusto, l’alchermes era troppo abbondante e tendeva a coprire il resto. Un locale nel complesso piacevole, ideale per una serata informale e con un servizio davvero efficiente.

22/12/2024: Ho chiesto la disponibilità di 2 posti per il pranzo di Natale, specificando che sono vegana. Mi è stato risposto che fanno solo pasta all'uovo (stento a credere che nella cucina di un ristorante non ci sia un pacco di riso, o di penne o di spaghetti) e che l'unica alternativa possibile sarebbero delle "verdure". Io capisco che nelle ricorrenze si prevedano menu fissi, capisco molto meno che non si faccia il minimo sforzo per andare incontro ai diversi regimi alimentari dei clienti. Tanto più che un cuoco deve essere in grado di preparare dei piatti vegani, che fanno parte anche della nostra tradizione (avete mai pensato al sugo all'arrabbiata, ad aglio olio e peperoncino, a condimenti con i funghi, le zucchine, i peperoni etc.?). Grande delusione.

08/12/2024: I placed a takeaway order through the restaurant's app with my boyfriend, the composition of one of the two pokes was wrong; we called the place to highlight the error and the girl who answered was rude and, at times, incredulous for the phone call. he stated that he would speak to a superior to find out what to do, possibly provide a voucher/coupon, however, we were never contacted again, even though the mistake was theirs. the pokes are quite good, the quality is mixed. I'm sorry because I was hoping for different treatment

08/12/2024: The star is for provocation. The pokes are quite good, but yesterday they made a mistake in making one, without adding Philadelphia and a double dose of wakame seaweed. The call to receive support for their mistake was answered that nothing could be done, the girl even seemed incredulous, showing a certain judgment in the fact that she called. But excuse me, if I pay full price for the poke, how dare you even be pedantic? I leave aside the initial inattention, in which she seemed distracted and wasn't even listening, she was probably doing something else. I recommend something else, customer care is important given the cost of these pokes. Fluctuating quantity of raw materials, sometimes they are full, on weekends they skimp to say the least.

02/02/2025: I found this place by chance while staying in the area (Abetone). Exquisite food, very approachable and helpful owner and collaborators, excellent price for the quality and quantity of the dishes. Definitely recommended.

13/07/2024: The place is not very large but complete. Good ice creams, alas, very melted, obviously only the refrigerator's fault. Good granitas, I suggest making them in different sizes. Friendly service if the owner is there, alas the other staff have not always been up to par, however everything was resolved. Enjoy your visit

03/12/2023: Let me start by saying that it was a lunch for 40 motorcyclists, but the traditional menu disappointed all expectations: LIDL tortellini in WATER broth. Tigelle that "Conad CRMs are better" The cold cuts were saved (perhaps out of desperation), the tart as dessert and the table service. In their place as a "fish restaurant" I would avoid traditional cuisine, because then no one ever likes negative publicity...

13/01/2025: I went there hesitantly, seeing the reviews...high quality croissants at fair prices as well as the scones and drinks, attentive and helpful staff. Go there calmly and if you find the queue there will be a reason.

31/10/2024: Pizzeria in a fairly strategic position, it's a shame that the place inside is a bit dated. As for the service, let's say that it could be done much better as soon as you enter, the welcome leaves a lot to be desired as does the table service. As for the rather small, mediocre pizza with a rubbery dough, the desserts are decent but who knows, since they are not produced by them, the cost is high for a similar service and quality, you should spend much less, especially 5 euros for a packaged dessert and 3 for covered are really too many.

12/01/2025: Pedí una Diavola y una Coca-Cola Cero. La pizza estaba sabrosa y bien cocinada con un buen crujiente hasta los bordes. La comida estaba bien de precio llegando a alrededor de 12 €.

08/01/2025: L'hotel dove soggiornavamo ci ha consigliato (in quanto convenzionati con il 10% di sconto) questo ristorante/pizzeria. Cena in famiglia con piatti tipici Emiliani molto buoni. Anche le pizze sicuramente appetitose sentendo i commenti dei vicini di tavolo. Forse l'unico neo è che con tanta gente, il salone è piuttosto rumoroso e alla lunga può dare fastidio. Servizio veloce e cordiale. Prezzi nella fascia media (e noi avevamo anche lo sconto).

10/02/2025: Came here 4 times while in Modena. Consistently perfect. Great service, wonderful atmosphere, amazing wines and delicious small bites.

03/02/2025: Excellent, quality food accompanied by a good glass of wine, all enjoyed in a unique atmosphere, just as this place with a strong identity is unique. Even the choice of background music was perfect! Friendly and professional service. Advise!

17/01/2025: Excellent pizza, with the right taste! I love the margherita but, over time, I have also eaten a pumpkin and sausage (White base), a deviled one and a vegetable one. They do everything: Baby, normal, pulled, double pasta, half meters. They also have wholemeal dough. For now I'm happy, the ingredients always seem fresh so nothing to say.
