22/07/2025: We organized a small party at this venue, and everything was perfect: impeccable organization, a welcoming atmosphere, and attention to detail. The owner was extremely kind and attentive, treating us with great courtesy. Excellent food, excellent drinks, and impeccable service. Highly recommended.

09/05/2025: My friends and I called to book on a Wednesday evening at 9.30pm and were told that to book you have to send a message. So my friend sends it but doesn't receive a response (not even what is displayed). We decide to go to the club anyway. We arrive at 9.40pm and upon entering my friend says that there are 5 of us and that we had tried to book via message. The response was "well girls it's a quarter to ten (it was 20 to but that's fine), from 9pm there's quite a bit of delay, after 20 minutes I'll give the table away" in a very arrogant tone. So we still apologized for the 10 minute delay because we couldn't find parking and we pointed out to him that we hadn't received confirmation of the booking anyway and that the time was 9.30pm not 9.00pm. His response was "I'm saying it for you, for a future" as if he wanted to lecture us and what's more he apparently didn't listen to anything we told him. Furthermore, there was literally no one in the room, not even a single person sitting. Needless to say, we sat down and then got up and left. We explained to each other why the place was empty if this is the welcome. The 5 of us will definitely never set foot there again but so will the people we know.

01/11/2025: I was a guest on Tuesday, November 28th. In the morning, I discovered that the water smelled of iron, and it was yellowish in color. A strong iron smell. I pointed it out to the front desk. They know it, but they say it's normal. Frankly, I'd shut down a hotel with these problems. A cappuccino made with a machine is charged separately, like coffee. Four stars? Two at most. That yellow stain in the toilet isn't urine, but water... IF YOU CAN, DON'T GO THERE.

12/11/2025: The food was pretty good EXCEPT for the chicken stracciatella, which was AWESOME—dry, tasteless chicken. The service was BAD; they just sat us down and didn't even give us menus or explain how to order. The waiter, who doesn't answer, doesn't know how to bring drinks, and spilled two glasses of Coke, which ended up all over my friend's jacket and bag. ❓ They didn't even bring tissues or anything to clean up. 🥰😍🥰

12/11/2025: KFC is much better than here. I feel sorry for the chicken. If it has a future, I hope it goes to KFC, never come here again. Cry for chicken 😭

15/10/2025: With great regret, as a customer who has spent countless evenings at Mr. Brown's since it opened, I have to say that perhaps the end has come for this place. The beer is still quite good and the pizza isn't bad, but it gives off a sense of abandonment and neglect. It feels like it's on the way out. 😢

01/09/2025: Monday night in Modena, an incredible concentration of places closed for shifts. I choose Mr. Brown for the modest vegan options and the beers. The vegan sandwich is a disappointment, but the beers get top marks: a wide selection, and then there's the Pilsner Urquell! So, the five stars? Those are for the service! Or rather, for Elisa (not the Beethoven piece!): fast, precise, and incredibly friendly. Next Monday when I'm in Modena, I'll be back at Mr. Brown!
