11/05/2025: Excellent experience. Nice place and in an excellent location. Friendly and very welcoming staff, we had a great time. The dishes are all homemade and you can feel the quality. The dishes we tried were all delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant.

07/10/2025: Pasta and cappuccino $4.10. Rip-off price. Obviously, no receipt. Avoid at all costs.

05/10/2025: Well, the staff was courteous and nothing to complain about. The place inside is nice, but the table layout outside needs rethinking because it was literally impossible to walk. A rude customer started smoking without paying attention to the smoke coming in on us, but fortunately, the waitress didn't make a fuss when we asked to change tables and obliged. However, the low rating is due to an oversight that I don't think should have occurred. We requested a vegetarian appetizer—vegetarian means no products containing meat or fish. You can't serve me the Philadelphia with salmon because a "true" vegetarian won't eat it. Luckily, only one of us at the table had this request, so nothing was thrown away, but it was a truly serious oversight in my opinion. As for the cocktails, nothing to complain about; the Americano was good, and the Cynar Spritz was good.

09/04/2025: Nice environment, you can also eat in the pizzeria although the pizzeria is take-away, excellent service. Excellent pizzas, an infinite amount of types, the other dishes proposed by chef Alessandro are also good.

23/08/2025: We arrived at 9:45 PM. I'll start by saying the place was half empty. We spoke, the waitress arrived, and we asked for two glasses of wine... annoyed, she threw up her hands and headed toward the kitchen, where I assume she'd asked the owner. They returned to the table together, and she told us they weren't a bar, and that no, they couldn't just give us two glasses of wine... so we got up and will never return. Evidently, at 9:45 PM, with the village festival underway and plenty of street food options, we were still expecting a packed house full of hungry people... what a shame!!

21/08/2025: Excellent Spritz with a free platter for 5 euros. Pay attention to the times. After 7 pm, aperitifs are not served.

25/06/2025: Casual trattoria, reasonable prices, good food, ideal for a work break!!!!!

26/03/2025: Chinese-run restaurant. Scaloppini that needed a chainsaw, watered-down wine... I stopped by for lunch, but the next time I drove straight ahead, accelerating. Thanks, but no thanks.

08/10/2025: Bad experience. I ordered homemade tortellini in capon broth. They brought supermarket tortellini in stock cube broth (inedible). I ordered tagliatelle with Bolognese sauce (also inedible), runny ragù, and sticky tagliatelle from the supermarket. For my main course, a roulade with tomato sauce and tough green beans (inedible). A quarter of a liter of Lambrusco on tap and a carafe of sparkling water. Cover charge. Total €38.50. Bad experience. Never again!!!

20/07/2025: Rustic and charming atmosphere - it feels like coming home to your grandparents. Excellent value! The meat was incredibly tender, probably the best mixed grill I've ever had. The waitress was very kind and attentive. Great 80s music! Definitely worth the 35-minute drive. We'll be back!

21/08/2025: Inside a shopping courtyard, a lovely place to enjoy excellent tea, a special whole-wheat croissant, and outdoor seating... The owner is kind.

24/03/2025: I go in because my pregnant wife needs the bathroom, I ask if she can come in, they say yes, when we are about to leave I say hello and thank you, a lady comes out to shout things, I ask what problems she has and the other tells me that usually when you use the bathroom you buy something, she could also have right but he could have told me easily from the beginning. I buy the first candy that comes my way and I go away thanking the kindness. It's unusual that in such a beautiful and peaceful town, in a bar with 4 old men playing cards there can be two such rude ladies.

24/08/2025: Ordered home delivery, scheduled for 8:30 PM, arrived at 10 PM, without even apologizing for the delay, the delivery man was very rude. The pizza had no toppings, and the dough was rubbery and hard to digest. I gave one star because 0 wasn't an option.

19/10/2025: Terrible experience. Sticky floors, crumbs everywhere on the tables. Even though it's a fast-food restaurant, cleaning needs to be done. Hygiene is zero. I don't think it's normal to heat/thaw burgers in the microwave. The fries with cheese and bacon taste horrible.

28/06/2025: Ei fu. Eccomi qui a comunicare la definitiva chiusura di O sole mio... Una stagione che finisce; e purtroppo dopo un lungo declino... È stata per anni la mia pizzeria preferita, quando a Modena giravano solo tristissime pizze sottili. Trovarla, li in periferia, sulla via Emilia est, fu un'illuminazione: "ma quindi anche a Modena si può mangiare la pizza napoletana"!!! Per anni fu la sola pizzeria che amavo frequentare. Poi qualcosa andò storto; dopo il trasferimento nel locale su via Vignolese (pretenzioso} qualcosa non ha più funzionato: tra crocchè acidi e pizze semi-crude ho dovuto pian piano accettare che la storia fosse finita. In più, mentre O sole mio tramontava, in città si moltiplicavano pizze finalmente napoletane e pizzerie con proposte di qualità sicuramente più alta. Ed oggi eccoci qui, con il cartello "affittasi" esposto sulle vetrine del locale. Comunque sia andata a finire, un bel ricordo della mia gioventù. Grazie
