20/05/2026: The staff were always friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was rather meager, but the coffee was awful. The rooms were fairly clean, though there were several stains on the bed. Whenever the cleaning staff had been, the smell of chlorine was very strong. Unfortunately, there were no outdoor seating options, and the place was very dirty.

18/05/2025: The outside is attractive, but the inside is horrendous. Terrible furniture (some chairs are the same as the ones I have in the garage). The non-alcoholic aperitifs are very sweet, tasteless and the glass is 3/4 full of ice. We asked the waiter to remove the ice, he took the glass away and brought it back still full of ice 😡 Not to mention the freshness of the food 🤮Absolutely to be discarded.

19/10/2025: The manager is friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Great for aperitifs, with a good selection of beers. The parking lot isn't very spacious, but it's located right in front with a view. They're very helpful at all hours. A pleasant and enjoyable stop, we'll definitely be back.

21/02/2026: Overall, the experience was okay, the staff were friendly, and the wait was short. The pizza was a little salty, some a little burned, and the gnocchi were cold. The desserts were okay, but the panna cotta needs a rethink.

03/06/2026: We were invited for a baptism on a very hot Sunday. It was a real pleasure to eat outside, sheltered from the sun, in a beautiful location with the option of music! The menu included many very good first courses, and then for everyone, gnocco and tigelle with good cold cuts.

14/02/2026: We were there for the second time and it was quite disappointing, the starter was poor for the price, tagliatelle with duck ragù and tortelli verdi were good, the tagliatelle unfortunately, unlike the first time, had an unpleasant aftertaste.

27/07/2026: Moreno’s bakery, yes! What a lovely bakery in Modena. A caffè macchiato, super smooth and freshly squeezed orange juice, a filled croissant, fresh pasta salad to go & some sweets to go. Received super friendly service from the lovely ladies there. Grazzie!

26/07/2026: Forno Moreno is our go-to place for breakfast when we decide to go out, and it's always a sure thing! The atmosphere is beautiful, modern, and welcoming, perfect for starting the day off right. The selection of products is truly extensive, both sweet and savory, so there's always something everyone will enjoy. For me, however, there's one absolute guarantee: their brioche with jam! 😋 It's always my go-to and never disappoints, truly delicious. The soy cappuccino is also excellent, very well prepared and creamy, which isn't always a given. To top it all off, the staff is always kind and friendly, making the experience even more enjoyable. A place I definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quality breakfast. We'll keep coming back!

25/06/2026: Unfortunately, the room I was assigned was one of the worst I've ever stayed in. Calling it "small" is an understatement: it was extremely cramped, lacking air conditioning and mosquito nets, making the room a veritable oven. The bathroom was tiny, probably just over a square meter: using the toilet meant you were practically forced to rest your arm on the sink, which was also tiny. To make matters worse, the bathroom had a persistent smell of urine, reminiscent of a restroom at a service station or on a train. I explained my discomfort, hoping for a solution or at least some understanding. Instead, I was told I was being "pretentious" and advised to look for another hotel more suited to my needs. This attitude I found unprofessional and decidedly attack-oriented rather than seeking a solution. I had never been treated this way. It's a real shame, because there are many positives: the breakfast is impeccable and the location is excellent, just a five-minute walk from the center and a minute from the Palazzetto. However, the overall experience was severely compromised by the quality of the room and the handling of my complaints.

15/06/2026: Recently renovated, it's well-presented, clean, and tidy. It's located practically in the center of Fanano. The staff is courteous and friendly. The breakfast is good, with savory, sweet, and cake options. We'll definitely return.

23/06/2026: I ordered a pizza for home delivery, as soon as the delivery man arrived I gave him the money for the pizza (€9.50) and he asked me if he could keep the other 0.50 cents as well, I told him no and he replied "then you're really in trouble", as if he had travelled a long way to come to my house (about 600m).

08/06/2026: Good pizza, thin and crispy, just the way I like it. I stumbled upon it for lunch. Simple and clean atmosphere.
