14/09/2025: Characterful and well-maintained property. The lobby, bar, and restaurant are very pleasant. Some rooms have recently renovated and well-maintained bathrooms, while others are older but still more than adequate. Adequate parking is available. Very centrally located in the town.

21/10/2025: I can't give less than one star, and I'm sorry about that! We went to a graduation party organized some time ago with two celiacs, my daughter with celiac disease, and another guest. Several phone calls, recommendations, and reassurances from them, saying they're "used" to celiac disease because they have a celiac relative. And thank goodness, I must say! They don't have the slightest idea how to deal with intolerances. The table was set, with a packet of breadsticks for everyone, and nothing for the two celiacs. No bread, tagliatelle cooked by them but brought from home. The result? Endless crying from my little girl, who obviously didn't have even a crust of bread (despite having known for a month), sure contamination because she then got sick, and the evening was almost ruined by people selling air. For once, I didn't have my food bag with me, and I bitterly regretted it. Advice: Be clear and honest when people call you because you don't joke about your health!

04/11/2025: I'm pleased to write this review. We visited this restaurant and bar for work on three consecutive days. The menu was varied and comprehensive, and the service was fast, commensurate with the number of customers. We were happy with this restaurant, and if I'm ever in the area again, I'll definitely know where to go. See you next time.

28/09/2025: We purchased a birthday cake here, having promptly reported the food allergies of the children attending the party (egg allergies). The cake delivered to us had a sponge cake base with eggs... We reported the problem to the owner, who suggested we cut off the bottom to solve the problem. ---------- My husband went to the ice cream shop after the review, and the owner apologized for what happened. Then the owner wrote this response to my previous review, prompting me to question the communication difficulties when requesting a cake for children with food allergies (a request made well in advance when ordering, as he confirmed during the conversation at the ice cream shop). When a request can't be accommodated, simply refuse the order. I don't think there's anything else to add. There needs to be more awareness about food allergies, especially on the part of food service providers. To err is human, but not admitting it is simply unprofessional, in my opinion. Thank you

28/09/2025: I ordered an ice cream cake for my son's birthday. I mentioned the allergies of the people at the party, including my niece, who is allergic to eggs! The cake had a sponge cake base (so made with eggs). I called the ice cream shop for clarification. They told me it was the only way to make it and that I could give my niece the top part of the cake without giving her the base. I think more care is needed, since the allergy was specified! I don't think these things should be taken lightly, as it could have turned into a tragedy. I'd definitely avoid going back! We even went there in person, and the owner denied that we mentioned the allergies! Absurd.

23/09/2025: The sushi, offered as an all-you-can-eat option, has fair prices and an equally fair selection of dishes. I read in the reviews that it's light and doesn't weigh you down, and that's true, and I've found it too. It's good sushi, but not the best I've ever had. The rice is well-cooked and not sticky or "San Pietro-like," so it deserves a few extra points for that too. The fish is average (in the sense that it's not the most memorable flavor, but it's fresh), but it's an all-you-can-eat option, so that's fine. (These are obviously my personal opinions based on my tastes.) The fresh pasta, which they focus so much on, is good, and they're right to do so because it's very good. P.S.: They've solved the ordering issue; there's now a QR code for ordering by phone. Very convenient! Well done!

09/07/2025: Very interesting and atmospheric place. Pizza + beer 11-20 euros. There is parking and a separate transparent building on the street with tables. There are places for a large company and for 2-3 people. Beer There is lager, unfiltered, Apa, dark.

06/10/2025: I had heard about it, but I had never been... a very elegant place, family-run... freshly prepared, quality food... there are also dishes with white or black truffles... the service is refined, but at the same time, down-to-earth... the waiters are always attentive... the only flaw... if you can call it that, the waiting times are a little long, precisely because they prepare everything freshly... so it's worth the wait... in season, you can also eat outside, but the interior ambience is top!

05/09/2025: A typical restaurant surrounded by beautiful scenery. The manager is also very kind and understands us even though our Italian is limited. The welcome is warm. The value for money is incredible given the exceptional quality of what we ate. It is possible to have an aperitif with a breathtaking view of the Pompeano Castle. I would recommend everyone to stop there for a good traditional meal.

01/09/2025: A very informal place offering simple, authentic dishes at a reasonable price. We had wild boar pappardelle and roast venison. Both were very good.

22/09/2025: Excellent! It was all delicious. I got a 200-gram portion and it was crazy. I ordered delivery, and it arrived just in time, not too late, not too early. Overall rating: 9.7. The person who brought my order was a smart, polite guy. I greet him with lots of hugs and handshakes, and I pray that God will save him from sin. ❤️

07/11/2025: We stopped by randomly on the way to Modena and had the best meal that we've had in Italy. Everything tasted home cooked and absolutely delicious. We were there at lunch time and the place was full of mostly construction workers and tradesmen that were probably there daily as the lunch special was very affordable and half portions are available if you're with kids or not starving. Highly recommend!

14/10/2025: I've been to Baracchina several times and have always eaten very well. A beautiful, family-friendly atmosphere. Excellent cuisine, excellent service, and very kind staff. A restaurant I recommend trying. Very good.
