01/09/2024: My husband and I opted for the large platter of cold cuts with cheeses, grilled vegetables and tigelle at the price of €27 for two people. The platter was tasty, not abundant but adequate for the cost. What we didn't like at all is the wine list. We are not big fans but with tigelle we like to drink a good Lambrusco which is usually a not too expensive wine. In the wine list, however, the Lambrusco that cost the least was €16 and the next one was €18, both excessive also because they were Chiarli and not Campanone... Furthermore, the €16 one was sold out so we were forced to take the one from €18. Logically obliged in a metaphorical sense but the alternative was beer or water. I believe that in a restaurant that offers platters for 2 people at €27 there should also be a choice of bulk wine or a bottle at a lower cost. Furthermore, the waiters never even asked us if everything was ok... I really don't think we will ever return.

15/02/2025: I am writing after returning to this place several times. For some time I had been drooling over the stories Rossella posted on Instagram and I wanted to see if the taste corresponded to the beauty of the photos. Final verdict: the taste definitely EXCEEDS even the beauty of the photos, thanks to the staff's ability to mix the tastes of many excellences of the Apulian territory in continuous rotation, to the intimate atmosphere of the place (very few tables, I highly recommend the gallery if available) and last but not least the staff's ability to make all this an ever new joy. We will be back again and again! I recommend everyone to have a dinner at Pugliami per la Gola because it's VERY GOOD. In addition to the excellent food, I would even say a brotherly welcome. 23/02/2025: I have known him since I was a child and he already stood out for the professionalism of his service and the quality of his food. It has remained that way ever since. It is a quiet place so you don't have to rush but customer care is assured. Prices are in line with what is offered. Everything is super. I recommend pizza, homemade first courses, meat cooked to perfection, perfect side dishes. It's worth knowing.

27/02/2025: Ho prenotato tramite l'applicazione the fork non mi è stato applicato lo sconto in maniera corretta e inoltre non è stato fatto un conto in maniera corretta. Carne di buona qualità ma con un prezzo molto alto rispetto alla quantità, pasta fatta in casa buona, pizza a dir poco terrificante bruciata sotto cruda sopra con pochi ingredienti di pessima qualità sconsiglio vivamente questo posto!!!
