It's undoubtedly one of the best restaurants in the province of Modena, showcasing local culinary traditions enhanced by excellent professional service and a Michelin-starred wine list. The borlenghi are unbeatable, along with homemade pasta dishes and the option to sample mushrooms and game. Highly recommended.

I ate well, but I expected something more special. The only flaw was the side dishes. The zucchini were delicious, the onions were good, but the potatoes were disappointing...like frozen ones.

Amazing food and great atmosphere. We really enjoyed this place. The food was excellent (best tartare ever and possibly best gnocchi).

This was a really lovely experience. There were only locals - and us. The food was classic and tasty, the service friendly and the ambiente cosy. Anither table ordered cheese and the boss came with a whole table of cheese to try and choose from - nice.

This was one of our favorite meals we had during our trip in Italy! Absolutely delicious. We were embarrassed we couldn’t communicate in Italian but were so grateful for the hosts’ patience with us. We dream about visiting this restaurant again in the future!

A wonderful discovery, A beautiful place in the foothills of Modena, a lovely room with a fireplace, which always makes a great impression. Excellent service, excellent food, and an embarrassingly extensive wine list—they have a whopping 14 champagnes on the menu. We were there on Sunday for lunch. There were three of us. We started with three borlenghi, truly excellent, and continued with two plates of tortelloni filled with ricotta and a tomato and prosciutto sauce. The tortelloni were exceptional, and in my opinion, without the tomato sauce, they would have reached their full potential. Another friend had another type of filled pasta, which, if I remember correctly, is called pizzicotti, and they had a white ragu with porcini mushrooms—fantastic to say the least. We continued with a mixed roast to share, with a special mention for the rabbit, which was truly delicious. Three desserts: mascarpone, vanilla ice cream with extra virgin olive oil and pepper, and a ricotta mousse with strawberries—the mousse was the winner. We finished with two coffees and a homemade nocino, which was delicious. We topped off our lunch with a bottle of Elena Walch Lagrein and three bottles of water. Total cost €124 Next time I'll definitely try the gnocco and tigelle and the cheese trolley. Excellent experience
