29/09/2025: We stopped for a quick dinner since we were on the road and in a hurry, but we wasted almost an hour because the service was so slow. You can't wait that long for a piadina topped with cured meats. Otherwise, nothing to complain about: the piadina was delicious and of excellent quality.

Coming from outside Ferrara, I decided to give it a try. And I have to say... the piadinas are super-stuffed and truly delicious. I highly recommend it. Whenever I pass through Ferrara, it's a must-try. Top.

There were two of us, and after this one, we couldn't bring ourselves to try anything else... Anyway, the food is good, it would be nice if they made the place a little more traditionally Lebanese.

28/09/2025: This trattoria is a guarantee: a clean atmosphere, very kind waiters, and exquisite dishes. I recommend it to everyone. My son had a cutlet with fries, and I had tortellini in broth; the broth was very flavorful, and the cutlet was huge and, of course, delicious. There are also two TVs to keep you entertained while you eat. A top-notch restaurant.

29/11/2025: A very welcoming family Sunday lunch. We sampled traditional first courses, including cappelletti in brodo (a type of pasta in broth) and cappellacci (a type of pumpkin ravioli) with ragù. The fresh pasta was excellent and perfectly cooked. For main courses, we had the mixed grill and, of course, the ever-present mutton for which this trattoria is renowned. The meat was truly delicious, perfectly cooked. The desserts were also very good, and the service was attentive. I highly recommend this trattoria. Reservations are required at least two weeks in advance.

The menu is meticulously curated, with original dishes and surprising reinterpretations that impeccably combine creativity and flavor. The wine list? A 30-page journey through labels for every palate: it's impossible not to find the perfect wine here. The owner, a young man with solid experience in the sector, offers expert and passionate advice. The restaurant is housed in Cento's former synagogue, tastefully renovated with respect for the site's history: a unique atmosphere that makes the experience even more special. A place where quality meets originality. Congratulations! Absolutely worth a try.
