Excellent place with a wide range of high-quality beers. Delicious burgers worth trying.

I'll start by saying that I used to go there before, but now that it's under new management, I really like it. The guys are very nice and attentive to service and your needs. It's a place where you can eat and drink in peace and quiet, away from the chaos and heat of the city. It's just a shame they don't open for breakfast (I hope they do) and I think if they could add hamburgers and sandwiches, it wouldn't be bad. All in all, it's a very welcoming place and people.

Back to Covo (new management) evening with friends, very kind and numerous but unprofessional staff, questionable beer selection but smaller than the old management, bottled beers from supermarkets, three of us ate the famous "orecchio" (ear), a very poor imitation of the present one, dry, stringy meat and breading at the last stage before burning, disassembled hamburger so-so, good grilled vegetables.

The burger was very good and filling. The bacon was incredibly crispy. The exterior was beautiful, allowing for a cool, welcoming dining experience.

I've been under the new management for two consecutive nights. The first night I tried the elephant ear cutlet, and the second night a pecorino burger, both delicious! The basil mojito was a huge hit. Excellent beer and drink list. Family atmosphere, young and friendly staff, we really had a great time. Well done!

A welcoming place, excellent sandwiches with quality burgers, exceptional schnitzel, and a wide selection of quality beers, including Augustiner and Chouffe. I highly recommend trying it.

Great atmosphere, relaxed and comfortable... Quality food, with fried foods and burgers among the best in the city, along with a few others. The high-quality beers stand out; Augustiner, Chouffe, and Blanche de Bruxelles are among the others. Finally, the service, with attentive and friendly staff. Highly recommended.

Excellent burger with a wide selection! Wide selection of fried foods. The beers are exceptional, with the best brands on the market, which are easy to find elsewhere! Augustiner, Chouffe Golden Ale, Barche IPA, Blanche de Bruxelles, McFarland Red. I'd say this beer selection is a safe bet. Congratulations!

We're back at Covo under new management. The menu has remained more or less unchanged, but unfortunately, we no longer have the excellent beer selection that has always been a highlight of the place. We're confident that, who knows, the selection will perhaps be improved over time. If I may make a suggestion regarding the music selection, which is left a bit too random, especially given the more mature clientele, I'd suggest, as in previous years, some classic rock compilations, which always create a great atmosphere. The guys are still very hard working and very friendly. We hope and wish you all the best for your continued success in joining us again during the Ferrara summers.
