18/06/2025: Sometimes the stars are shooting What we liked · Good breakfast with a good selection even if I asked for a light cappuccino and it was served strong, Very good location, it is not on the beach but very close. What we did not like · Good welcome from the receptionist but the girl was a bit hesitant, nothing serious, but I did not like the brusque and condescending way of the owner in taking over: I am the owner of a company and by belittling the staff in front of the customer you belittle your company, it is not good. The room was clean even if in the shower tray you could see an unidentifiable halo. Unfortunately the perceived quality was not what you would expect from a 4 star........ The shower was small even for a little guy like me, the bathroom tiles were dated (I assume early 90s) and I had to ask for shower shampoo because a single 10 ml sachet seems really little even for a bald guy like me. The size of the room was the minimum for the category, 9 square meters. or slightly higher but the perception was lower. Breakfast at 7:30 is unwelcome: it can be fine if you are on holiday but if you have to catch a plane you have to skip it even if paid for. In all the hotels I have frequented, breakfast is served at 7:00. So used to it, I got the wrong time so I sat down with a book at the outdoor tables in front of the pool and the owner invited me to move away to avoid other guests seeing me and sitting down too. It is true that the stars are not given by the structure, the Municipality does it on behalf of the Region, but other parameters should be checked periodically and evaluated, not only the size and equipment of the rooms but also the quality of the materials. I stayed in Valencia with my family 30 days ago: 150.00 per night with breakfast included (from 7:00) for 3 people. Mini apartment with 2 well-sized double bedrooms, 2 spacious bathrooms with large shower and living room with armchair and sofa. Brand new structure. I'm sorry but there is no comparison. 27/06/2025: I would like to point out that your store/bar at Bologna Central Station has a major problem: unpleasant waiter/cashier who answers customers rudely at the cash register, is rude and ill-mannered. He also made an absurd scene with a girl behind me because she spoke to him in English and he (who evidently has little familiarity with the language) snorted in her face and said a series of words in Italian. I suggest you send someone to check it out. The situation is embarrassing.

29/03/2025: Aperitivo (se cosi si puó chiamare) con la mia metà….un alcolico negroni e un analcolico la bellezza si 26€ aggiungo senza neanche 2 patatine. Se volete fare un ape andate altrove.

08/06/2025: Disappointing experience – watch out for the prices! I strongly advise against this place. It is unacceptable that, simply by sitting at the outside tables, the prices of coffee and croissants double. I understand that there is a supplement for table service, but I find it absurd to pay double for every single product. We are certainly not in Piazza San Marco in Venice. Furthermore, the staff did not warn us of this extra charge, which is unfair to customers. A little more transparency would be the minimum.

08/06/2025: There are many better bars in the area: this one is not worth a second visit. Avoid unless you want to pay dearly for the bare minimum.

10/07/2025: The staff was dull and sad, the pasta was tasteless and the meatloaf was very salty, the green beans on the side were sour, I wouldn't recommend it for health reasons.

18/06/2025: The waiter was not here like he just looked away when you talked to him and he coudl not speak a word english he just started speakimg in italian with us like we would understand the food was alright but not good

18/06/2025: It looked so beautiful in a small separate street, so we decided to drink something. It was a horrible service!!! You feel not welcomed at all and the waiter seemed to be on another planet while taking our order. He looked down the street and seemed to be disgusted by our presence… don’t bother the waiters with your visit making them work! 🤭🤣🤯
