15/12/2024: After coming here 3 times I can confirm my appreciation, honestly I don't even remember how I found out about this place, they make crazy stuff, but above all good good good at fair prices (if you consider the excellent quality)! The cassata was what made me fall in love with this place, but the other gastronomy items are also good (and lots of them)! Ah I have the panettone soon, still to be opened and tasted, but seeing how it has gone so far I have no doubts that it will be good!!! I wanted to reward this small family-run company because they deserve it, they put love and passion into it and you can see it (but above all you can feel it)! Congratulations and see you soon

08/11/2024: The Sicilian desserts were disappointing: the cassata was too dry and not very tasty, while the cannoli had tasteless ricotta and a zest that seemed to have been reheated several times. Sad disappointment both for the quality of the dishes and the service. Surely there are other places where you can eat better Sicilian cuisine. I won't be back.

09/02/2025: Outsized prices. It is not communicated anywhere, let alone by the staff, that table service inside involves a surcharge.

09/02/2025: I review from the table, as I often do. We went in because we wanted to have a quick fish-based lunch. And it's very cold today. I questioned the quantity of wine in the glass before drinking it. He explains to me that they respect the dosage of 10 cl. (they have their own house glass prepared). I tell him how others relate (I'm a former restaurateur), especially if they charge 7 euros for a not very special dry white wine. Instead of adopting another useful technique he replies: "if you want I'll explain them", to a professional sommelier for 26 years. I notice that on two of the three dishes served, the rocket topping is old and not properly cleaned. I asked to point it out in the kitchen. I consider the ham served in the spring salad to be a less than noble cut of shoulder. I asked for the bill, I'll drink my coffee elsewhere. €54.70 with pro forma receipt. I pay and I will ask for the tax one. That's all.

21/12/2024: Menù inesistente, in tutti i sensi, lo elenca la cameriera simpatica con gli occhiali. Antipasti solo salumi, formaggi e sottolio che tranquillamente li posso mangiare a casa. Comanda sbagliata dei primi....2 hanno mangiato e gli altri hanno dovuto attendere. P.S. Il cliente va accontentato anche con delle piccole variazioni ai piatti e non della serie questo è il menù se ti piace mangi altrimenti.... chiesto guancialini con funghi e ci è stato risposto solo con polenta (preparazione 24 h)

07/01/2025: Esperienza ALLUCINANTE, chiamiamo alle 18e30 per 3 pizze a domicilio, 29€ totale, ci dicono per le 19, massimo 19e15 sono da noi, perfetto. Alle 19e22 chiamiamo per avere novità e semplicemente per dire che se il corriere ha difficoltà a trovare l'ingresso può chiamarci senza problemi (visto che è solo la seconda volta dalla nuova gestione e l'ingresso di casa può capitare di non vederlo subito) ci rassicurano che il corriere è appena uscito, ha il nostro numero e in 10 minuti arriva, tono un po' scortese ma fin qui nessun problema. 19e37 richiamiamo: il solito personaggio ci rassicura dicendo nuovamente che il corriere è appena uscito e in 10 minuti arriva, ci raccomandiamo di rispettare l'orario perché abbiamo 2 bimbe piccole che aspettano di mangiare ed è già tardi per loro e che se pensano di tardare ancora, è meglio dircelo subito, "sisi no problem tranquilli arriva". va beh aspettiamo ancora. 19:47 ora è troppo, richiamiamo e diciamo grazie ma fa lo stesso è troppo tardi non le vogliamo più, la solita voce ci dice che chiamerà il driver, ma gli diciamo "si chiamalo e digli di non portarcele" a quel punto butta giu il telefono... e noi buttiamo giù la pasta per le bimbe che ormai non ce la facevano più. 19e58 chiama il driver per sapere "dove" deve portare le pizze, manco è sotto casa vuole sapere dove deve andare O_O. per lo meno, dopo 42 minuti di ritardo almeno da lui sentiamo delle scuse e un po' di professionale cortesia. 20:26 COLPO DI SCENA richiama il tipo, spiegando che; siccome non si sa quando, magari anni prima, mio cognato chiamò la pizzeria (probabilmente era ospite da noi e si offrì di ordinare lui, boh) nel computer avevano memorizzato il suo numero e il corriere aveva chiamato lui che ovviamente non sapeva nulla, quindi dice che NON è colpa loro ma NOSTRA e dobbiamo loro i 30 euro; perché, aggiunge, il loro telefono fisso non memorizza i numeri in entrata (colpa mia anche questo? ma poi come ha fatto a richiamarci allora?! mah) il tutto con un arroganza, aggressività e supponenza allucinante. in tutte le pizzerie che abbia chiamato ti chiedono un telefono da contattare e se non lo fanno è perché lo possono vedere su un qualsiasi cordless del 21esimo secolo, che non sia a rotella. mi sorge poi un dubbio: se vendo casa e il nuovo inquilino ordina una pizza continueranno a chiamare mio cognato? :D Dopo 3 minuti di invettiva dove nemmeno ha l'umiltà di ascoltare e non parlare sotto, si prende il suo "avere" e ricambio la simpatica riattaccata di cornetta precedente. quando è troppo è troppo. per pietà risparmio lo screen del messaggio che mi ha inviato poco dopo. aberrante! bastavano delle scuse, un pizzico di umiltà e una base di professionalità. per tutto questo avete perso due clienti... (anche mio cognato) XD

07/01/2025: Share You said: AMAZING experience, we call at 6.30pm for 3 pizzas delivered, €29 in total, they tell us for 7pm, maximum 7.15pm they are with us, perfect. At 7.22pm we call to get news and simply to say that if the courier has difficulty finding the entrance he can call us without problems (since it is only the second time under the new management and the entrance to the house may not be seen immediately) we they reassure us that the courier has just left, he has our number and will arrive in 10 minutes, a slightly rude tone but so far no problem. 7.37pm we call back: the usual character reassures us by saying again that the courier has just left and will arrive in 10 minutes, we recommend that we respect the time because we have 2 little girls waiting to eat and it's already late for them and if they think they'll be late again, it's better to tell us straight away, "yes, no problem, don't worry, it's coming". okay, let's wait some more. 7.47pm now it's too much, we call back and say thank you but it's the same it's too late we don't want them anymore, the usual voice tells us that he will call the driver, but we tell him "call him and tell him not to bring them to us" at that point he throws it down the phone... and we throw down the pasta for the girls who couldn't take it anymore. 19e58 calls the driver to find out "where" he has to take the pizzas, he's not even at home he wants to know where O_O has to go. at least, after 42 minutes of delay at least we hear from him an apology and a bit of professional courtesy. 8.26pm SCENE TURN calls the guy back, explaining that; since we don't know when, perhaps years before, my brother-in-law called the pizzeria (probably he was a guest at our house and offered to order himself, well) they had memorized his number in the computer and the courier had called him who obviously knew nothing, so he says it's NOT their fault but OURS and we owe them the 30 euros; because, he adds, their landline doesn't memorize incoming numbers (this is my fault too? but then how did he call us back then?! meh) all with shocking arrogance, aggression and arrogance. in all the pizzerias I've called they ask you for a phone to contact and if they don't it's because they can see it on any 21st century cordless phone that isn't a rotary one. Then a doubt arises in my mind: if I sell the house and the new tenant orders a pizza, will they continue to call my brother-in-law? :D After 3 minutes of invective where he doesn't even have the humility to listen and not talk underneath, he takes his "have" and exchanges the previous nice hang up on the phone. when enough is enough. out of pity I'll save the screenshot of the message he sent me shortly after. aberrant! all it took was an apology, a pinch of humility and a base of professionalism. because of all this you lost two customers... (also my brother-in-law) XD

24/01/2025: Das Cafe hat eine Top-Lage am Platz vor der Kirche - leckere Panini und ein starker Kaffee und dazu ein Rundumblick hin zu Don Camillo und Peppone. Ein netter Aufenthalt hier.

06/01/2025: Un giretto a Brescello, nella piazza di Don Camillo e Peppine, abbiamo bevuto un caffè in questo bel bar. Molto accogliente e luminoso, con tanti ricordi e foto dei due personaggi.

22/11/2024: After 40 minutes of waiting with only 9 people in front... and that's it (40 minutes to serve 9 people I would see the service again) but it's not that... after all this waiting I asked for a chicken cutlet and they told me that today only fish... by not eating it I wasted 40 minutes in the cold not to order anything... at least you could have put a sign... like TODAY ONLY FISH... RIDICULOUS

17/11/2024: Quando voglio andare sul sicuro è qui che porto familiari e amici. È diventato il posto preferito da mia madre che critica qualsiasi ristorante, ma qui no, qui le piace tutto! Qui nulla ti lascia perplesso, dalla location allo staff che mi tratta con un affetto che solo in famiglia fanno. Per non parlare del cibo che potrei spiegare con "cucina tradizionale di altro livello dalle materie prime ai piatti finali". Grazie per tutto. Compleanno perfetto! Ilaria

22/10/2024: Nei molti anni di frequentazione di Valverde/Cesenatico, non eravamo mai stati in questa pizzeria, fuorviati forse da prevenzione perché un anno eravamo ospiti di un vicino hotel e non ci era sembrato un granché. Invece alla prova è stata una buona esperienza, tant'è che ci siamo tornati altre volte durante la vacanza. Le pizze sono varie, oltre le solite classiche, ed alla vista tutte buone, almeno le 4 che abbiamo mangiato noi. Anche la parte ristorante è più che discreta, per quanto abbiamo potuto assaggiare, soprattutto i primi piatti.

02/08/2024: The piadina is good, shame about the incompetence of the service, I ordered two watercress in oil for vegetarians and two normal ones, they mixed up the order and my vegetarian guests were only able to eat the inside of the watercress.
