Not only is the food incredibly good, both the fish and the pizza (the baked sea bass is fantastic), and I've been coming here for a few years now, but special praise goes to the friendly, helpful, and attentive staff, who improvised an off-menu dish just to please us. Very good, excellent portions and very fair prices, appetizer, first course, wine and dessert, we ate a lot, well and spent less than we thought, then the staff is very friendly, absolutely worth returning

A truly enjoyable lunch at Sapore di Sale in Valverde di Cesenatico 🌊 I had pasta with mussels, and it was excellent: flavorful, well-cooked, and with fresh mussels. Generous portions and a relaxing atmosphere near the sea. Friendly and fast service. A perfect place for lunch with a sea view 😊

03/05/2026: Had dinner with my family on May 1st, beautiful and well-kept place, the guy who looked after us was very kind and attentive, very fresh oysters, divine tagliolini allo scoglio, spaghetti and succulent clams, I had the tuna steak in a pistachio and cherry tomato crust that melted in the mouth, recommended for the top quality.
02/05/2026: Terrible service, food left on the table for 50 minutes. We tried calling the owner several times, but she always turned away from us. When we told her about our inconvenience, she responded arrogantly, saying there was nothing she could do. We're only sorry for the young waiter, who was rudely criticized by many people, but being an employee, his hands are tied. That said, a little more humility and helpfulness with customers.
