15/05/2025: The welcome was terrible. We showed up probably too early for the taste of the owner at the entrance, who greeted us very rudely. Too bad, because the waiter was very kind, the pizza acceptable despite the little topping. It ruined the mood at dinner.

When we pass by these parts, we live about a hundred kilometers away, stopping at Acque Salate has become a consolidated habit. By now, we have fully explored their menus, which naturally vary with the seasons, and we have always savored exceptional cuisine, from pizzas, to piadinas, to first courses, to always tasty and tender meats. This review refers to a recent dinner, where we indulged in "the pleasures of Meat", starting with a superb tartare and a dry and crunchy mixed fry, to conclude with a tender and tasty sliced ​​steak accompanied by a nice plate of grilled vegetables. A couple of baskets of very hot piadina, freshly made, replaced the bread to honor the traditions of Rimini. Everything was excellent and plentiful, so full that in the end there was not even a tiny place left for a dessert. What can I say... if you want to find friendly hospitality, smiles, good food and above all honest prices, you just have to try it. You will surely be satisfied and also surprised by the genius of the owner, who in a continuous evolution, always seeks a tone of novelty in the restaurant to give the best to her customers!!!

04/05/2025: Complimenti alla cameriera che si è fatta in 4 per servire i pochi avventori. Il servizio molto lento, penso a causa di una disorganizzazione in cucina. Cibo molto mediocre. Tortelli al burro invisibile e semi-crudi. La tagliata di manzo quasi immangiabile perché piena di nervi e cartilagine dura. Ottime le erbette salate e i passatelli gratinati. Prezzi davvero stracciati, ma in rapporto alla scarsa qualità del cibo. Il ristorante è "strano" a me è piaciuto molto e grazie per la musica che è rimasta di sottofondo. Consiglio ai gestori: riorganizzate la cucina. Il ristorante ha un ottimo potenziale!!!!

Even though I only had the opportunity to stop for dinner, the experience was unforgettable: delicious dishes, prepared with care and passion, that tell the story of the territory with authentic taste. The staff was of a rare kindness, always attentive and welcoming. The relaxing atmosphere, far from the chaos of the city, makes it the ideal place for a pleasant evening in the company of friends or family. Impeccable cleanliness and great attention to detail. I will definitely return, maybe even to stay overnight! Unfortunately I don't have photos of the dishes, I was too busy enjoying every single dish! Truly excellent!

29/03/2025: Excellent quality food...perfect service. I have always been for lunch with a fixed menu and I have always been satisfied with the variations of the food. Well set tables. Very friendly staff. I would say the price is really cheap considering the first course, second side dish, drinks and coffee. I will always go back on every occasion

31/05/2025: We organized the aperitif for our son's baptism here and we can only compliment the entire staff at Il Tulipano! Everything was taken care of to perfection: so much to eat and drink, nothing was missing. They were very helpful from the first contacts, they helped us with the organization in a simple and effective way, and on the day of the event everything went wonderfully. The quality-price ratio is unbeatable and the garden is truly an added value, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the moment. I highly recommend everyone to go, both for a special occasion and for a pizza with friends. Thanks again!

02/06/2025: Siamo arrivati in questa osteria, in viaggio verso Milano. Son sincera, ho guardo su trip advisor un posto vicino all'uscita, perché volevamo fare veloce. Convinti dalle recensioni, abbiamo telefonato e nonostante sia un festivo ci hanno accolto subito e senza indugio. Non sono esperta delle zone modenesi, l'osteria sorge in mezzo a dei campi, e fuori ci aspetta una grande insegna antica di metallo che mi ha ricordato un po' le fiere antiche (io adoro questo genere di cose). La prima cosa che sento è il profumo di fiori, di alberi, precisamente Tigli e alberi di Jasmine, mai pranzato con un profumo così intenso. Veniamo accolti gentilmente dal cameriere e dall'Oste, il signor Claudio , che ha evidentemente passato l'intera sua vita in mezzo a quei tavolini dove si destreggia abilmente. Ci viene lasciato il menù, che oltre alla fescri dei piatti, ha narrati epiteti e storie delle tradizioni (ne ho fatto un servizio fotografico,non potendo portarmelo via per ricordo purtroppo). Dopo un breve preambolo del signor Claudio in cui ci narra il motivo del menù speciale di oggi, dove vi sono pochissime portate (cosa che adoro di nuovo), Ordiniamo due primi e due secondi uguali. Ma ci viene fatto assaggiare praticamente tutto il menù (per fortuna perché mi seccava dover scegliere solo una cosa visto che tutto prometteva bene). Che dire, Le pietanze superbe nella loro semplicità, tutte cose fatte in casa, coi sapori di una volta, trasudano traduzione e amore per il cibo e per le persone che lo mangeranno . Genuino, semplice ma soprattutto BUONO. buono buono buono. Tutto. Dal vino Lambrusco di loro produzione, al salame in entree, I due primi,i due secondi, anche l'insalatina era buona. Il dolce fatto con la polenta come una volta. L'amaro fatto in casa e il caffè fatto con l'orzo e le ghiande sopra le nostre teste. Il conto meritarissimo. Persone splendide, in un contesto splendido con cibo splendido. Non c'è niente da aggiungere. Grazie di cuore a chi ancora fa esistere posti così! Di sicuro a presto!

Buy sbrisolona cake you mean! And finally INSTANT COFFEE!!!! I was with my wife and I didn't say anything to you given your age....but I put it in black and white to make people understand that you respect your guests, you are an offense to my city which is MODENA...45 euros WITHOUT RECEIPT for the things listed, you sell quality products of our land with garbage bought in who knows what DISCOUNT! I REPEAT...we didn't tell you anything because of your age REMEMBER IT!!! have respect for Modena and its guests. I told you a Modenese. Shame on you.

30/05/2025: Authentic Italian, family-friendly, and simply excellent – Pizzeria Pepenero We had dinner at Pizzeria Pepenero in Bussolengo and felt welcome from the very first moment. The staff was incredibly friendly and warm. We ordered two pizzas, which arrived very quickly, freshly baked from the wood-fired oven – perfectly crispy and absolutely delicious, just like in Italy! What impressed us most was the authentic Italian atmosphere. The pizzeria is part of a sports facility, and during our visit, there were lots of children around – several birthday parties were taking place. It created a lively, family-friendly vibe, and it felt like everyone knew each other. That warm, familiar feeling really made the evening special for us. The prices were also extremely fair. One thing is certain: we’ll definitely be coming back!

08/06/2025: arrived at 8:50 with a reservation, we ordered and a miserable entré arrived... old bread and peeled tomatoes with a little chili pepper. the place had only a few seats occupied, but the service was still very slow and the food arrived after almost an hour. cheddar sauce bought at the "modest" price of €4.50, squeezed directly from the tube (you could see the mark), also quite acidic. acceptable tacos, but, among the one with chicken, there was no trace of chicken. in general none of the ingredients seemed fresh. at the time of dessert an inviting looking cheesecake arrived, slightly warm... but which turned out to be completely frozen inside. they were really friendly and kind, but the experience itself was not the best. I recommend a lesser variety on the menu for greater attention to quality and authenticity. definitely not the place to go if you are in a bit of a hurry, or if you want to spend little

08/06/2025: The place is quite nice, inside it is quite spacious and it also has some tables outside. The main problem is the service: the place is half empty and they made us wait 40 minutes to take the order, even though we pointed out, several times, that we were ready to order. Also, we said that we were allergic to onion and, despite this, they brought us the quesedillas that were full of onion. Prices are quite normal, maybe slightly excessive. They do not have their own parking lot.

Cucina impeccabile con piatti curati della tradizione romagnola con un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo e anche diverse vegetariane . Servizio eccellente grazie al cameriere Gianfranco che ci ha accolto con simpatia e professionalità . Ritorneremo sicuramente per altre piacevoli cene

10/05/2025: Pinsa con base già pronta , farcita e riscaldata in un fornetto, servita tiepida... alla modica cifra di 26 euro per 4 pezzetti a testa. Impasto gommoso. La cosa più brutta è che non è scritto da nessuna parte che sono basi pronte; non è sicuramente un comportamento onesto. Delusione
