10/06/2025: Mi meraviglia che un ristorante pizzeria dopo l'una di pranzo non prenda più nessuno a mangiare!!! bella ristorazione complimenti.. io da ristoratore posso dire che fino alle 14 non si rifiuta la clientela!!

03/05/2025: Friday 2 May we go to the pizzeria, we asked for two pizzas, mine with peel dough, Saracen, with tomatoes, buffalo mozzarella and parmesan flakes, they arrived quickly, good dough, after two bites I notice that the parmesan is missing, last attempt then I point it out to the waitress who collects it and tells me that she will take care of it by taking it back to the kitchen, returning after a few minutes with the pizza covered in grated parmesan (probably taken from the first cheese maker available). I leave it up to you to evaluate the quality and above all the professionalism demonstrated.

23/05/2025: I pass by it every time I go to the track at the Autodromo and I had never noticed it.....then last Saturday we celebrated a birthday of the owner of the Cristini ovens.... beautiful location excellent food.....the only flaw they were not yet ready with the room when we were all already present on site.

06/05/2025: Very welcoming and spacious place! The "tigelle" and "THE" fried gnocco are good, I often come in the evening and the value for money is excellent!!! I recently tried it on my lunch break and I recommend it for the price and speed, very suitable for workers, but the quality is a bit neglected! Anyway, worth trying for quick lunches!!!

01/06/2025: Unfortunately, our experience at this sandwich shop was disappointing. We were not welcomed warmly and the service was barely adequate. I felt like a stranger in my own country, an unpleasant impression considering that the place presents itself as the custodian of the local gastronomic tradition. The food, in fact, did not reflect the expectations or the tradition that the place boasts. Furthermore, when it came to the bill, we were charged a sandwich with a price that was 50 cents higher than what we had booked.

Eating well is not subjective, because you may not like something but from not liking it to not being cooked well there is a big difference! I almost always eat the same dish spaghetti with squid ink and only here they make them divinely better than my mother's so be wary of 1/2 star reviews in which they speak badly because the truth is that people are just frustrated and take out their personal problems on the restaurateurs! Beautiful place, exquisite food! I wish there were more places this nice and welcoming! where care and attention always come first! Keep it up!!
