24/11/2025: The "pizza only" dinner didn't meet my expectations. I ordered a mixed seafood appetizer that was almost completely disappointing. A mussel shell and a half without the fruit, a clam with a microscopic fruit, a shrimp with its intestines attached and so poorly cooked that I couldn't separate the meat from the shell, the marinated anchovies were good, but the rest was mediocre. I tried the pizza, which wasn't to my liking in terms of crust texture, but was still decent. The dessert was a mascarpone brick with chocolate chips that was absolutely flavorless. The service was adequate, and the wait for the dishes was normal. The price was low, but for a reason, I'd say.
31/10/2025: Closing time is 11 PM. I called at 10 PM and they told me the bakery closes at 10 PM.
Now, I've been to Parma Bedonia (I admit the pizza is good), but if you don't offer service, tell them to close at 10 PM so I can plan ahead. Plus, they even try to be right on the phone.

26/09/2025: In my opinion, it's absolutely the best carbonara in Modena (and beyond).
A small, intimate place, very well-maintained.
BUT the carbonara can only be had with rigatoni, not tonnarelli, although the cacio e pepe is with tonnarelli.
This seems absurd to me because, aside from my personal opinion that tonnarello beats rigatone 10-0, it's a pasta shape they have but refuse to use in carbonara.
This is a huge flaw.
I've been a customer four times already, and three times they offered tonnarello, but not the last time. I understand those who don't feel the need for tonnarello, but for me, rigatone "ruins" an otherwise delicious carbonara.

17/12/2025: EMBARRASSING! Terrible food, watered-down cocktails. We spent €44 each for an aperitif with a cocktail and four slices of cured meats and focaccia. A steal! I absolutely do not recommend it. For the same price, I would have happily had a full dinner at a very decent restaurant. Adding insult to injury, the "discount" to round up the price by 10 cents.

05/12/2025: I bought a Nuvola panettone, which is a plain version without any filling. I can simply say it's excellent. Very fresh, soft... It's just perfect. After tasting it, I don't think I'll ever buy store-bought panettone again. Its only drawback is its price of €34...
07/11/2025: Over the years, I've had the opportunity to try the pastries from what I consider the best pastry shop in Parma and the surrounding area. Their star product is clearly the cannoncino: a crumbly and crispy dough accompanied by a light yet flavorful cream. One leads to another, truly scrumptious.

01/12/2025: If I'm near one of their stores at breakfast time, I have to stop to eat one of their pastries or croissants, the ones with Italian Chantilly are excellent. In short, the best antidepressant on the market.😊
19/11/2025: We ordered a birthday cake with a crème tarte and Chantilly cream for 10 people... the decorations were sparse and sketchy, the cream wasn't Chantilly but just whipped cream, we paid 42 euros for the cake to eat whipped cream... furthermore, when we picked it up, we wanted croissants for breakfast and we ordered pain au chocolat with honey and walnuts and it felt like we were eating a stick of butter... For years, it was our favorite pastry shop, but after this latest experience, we realized that it has become a second-rate pastry shop that only cares about numbers and no longer about quality.
