ZLE' Laboratorio del Gelato In Imola

Today I went to try this ice cream laboratory. Many had written to me that it was really good. And indeed it is, the ice cream is really good, we had an ice cream with creams and one with fruit, just to try both creations. Everything was very good. Two ice creams of three flavors for eight euros. But that's fair, considering the quantity of ice cream they serve. The girl was very kind and helpful.

Best gelato experience I’ve ever had and I’m a gelato freak! I tried their dark chocolate (68%) and stracciatella, which is my go to combination and it was divine. The dark chocolate had a bitter aftertaste that at first tasted strange to me but after a few more bites I realized that this is what dark chocolate gelato should taste like, bitter sweet. The gelato maker told us that she doesn’t put much sugar in her different flavors. If you find yourself in Imola, definitely go to Zle’ and treat yourself to a wonderful treat. No matter where you are in Imola, go to Zle’. It will be worth it, highly recommended.
