27/12/2024: Tried it with a promotion for the first time. It is a place located in a very particular position, the Cervia salt pan, certainly best visible during sunset. In any case, a short road from the main road leads to this restaurant which has a small sales point at the entrance, relating to the surrounding environment to enhance the salt, in fact. It is graceful in structure and quite new, the tables well apart, privacy and modest background noise. At the table you are greeted by a small entree of fried gnocco and mortadella, an Emilian and partly Romagna symbol. In the bread basket, focaccia and piadina to support the foodstuffs. The first courses we tasted were a porcini and blueberry risotto and a tagliolini with white seafood, rich in clams, both of which we enjoyed. For the second course, a beautiful composition of gratin shellfish and fried fish which I generally compare with preparations that can be replicated elsewhere. While the gratins were in plain sight and eye-catching, the frying, although very abundant and varied, was a little too dark and this is a defect that is usually found with a slightly exploited oil, however still being pleasant, but not at the top. Side dish, mixed salad and gratin vegetables, plentiful and good. Final greetings with trifle on a stick and espresso coffee, for a bill slightly higher than average, but it must be said, in a particular context for which this must be taken into account. Obviously with the promo, low. The service was always prompt and friendly. The large and functional bathroom is also suitable for disabled people. It can be recommended for a pleasant stop which in summer will certainly give the best and added value.

25/09/2024: Not your usual deli, more of a restaurant with great prices. The service is excellent, the staff very friendly. The menu is always rich and varied with many meat, fish and vegetarian options. You can order takeaway or eat on site, in a comfortable room. The place is always clean and tidy. The menus they offer for the holidays are also excellent.

The home delivery service is a big negative... even though it costs 2 euros... even if it's close... it's not acceptable for there to be a delay every time. 35/45 minutes on delivery time, out of about 7 times that I have ordered only the first delivery was on time....

25/01/2025: Had dinner for the first time for Valentine's Day....photos date back 2 years ago....this review is for the fourth time we have been there... Excellent location... ample parking... especially convenient for hauliers as it is also a hotel. Dated place...but clean... I recommend heating the place...always very cold. Fish cooked quite well... We arrived on Thursday for dinner 5 minutes early... kitchen and service opening time was 7.00 pm... we were the first... the owner made us sit down, we waited 15 minutes for a bottle of water conveniently brought by a waiter. ..the place filled up...so naturally we arrived first and waited 45 minutes for a risotto....but the good thing was that the pizza wasn't ready and had to come out with the first course....when we were informed that we had to wait another 10 minutes because they were waiting preparing... irritated we asked to put it in a takeaway box. We didn't make a scene but I think they understood why our expressions were very very unhappy. They served those staying in the hotel very quickly... but this was to the detriment of those like us and I repeat who arrived first and left almost last.... Last time.... so we also avoid eating in a cold room! I still recommend...despite being a negative review

18/01/2025: Naturally the 5 stars are related to the type of restaurant, I have been dining at Nonno's for over 20 years at least once a year. Crescentine and tigelle, various abundant cold cuts, cheeses (a few more pieces wouldn't hurt) squacquerone, various pickles and pickles. In summer there are also many places outdoors. I recommend booking. Informal service, as it should be, Bolognese friendliness. A final observation, the nitpicking of the house, acceptable, could be better.

25/08/2024: Sono stata qui con il mio gruppo di addio al nubilato, per festeggiarmi. Se il panorama lascia senza fiato anche il cibo non è da meno, essendo una festa avevamo uno spazio dedicato e il personale è stato disponibile, gentile e accorto, la ciliegina sulla torta di questa bellissima giornata! Siamo stati tutti benissimo, ci tornerò sicuramente più avanti anche per assaggiare i piatti della stagione autunnale/invernale, questa volta col mio futuro marito. Davvero grazie e complimenti, continuate così!
