I got the Truffle Bisteca and it was AMAZING! Really, so so so well served, extremely worth it!

I had the steak medium rare. However, the flavor was a bit overwhelming, so I wouldn't recommend ordering a large portion. Since the meat was attached to the bone, it felt a bit tough. Those who like that kind of texture might enjoy it, but those who don't might find it off-putting. The truffle carbonara pasta I ordered along with it was decent.

Marco was great! Service was excellent and he was a fun person. The steak was outstanding! Tender and delicious.

Amazing food and a steak to die for! Ate twice there with a group of 5 and none of us were disappointed with our choice of dishes. Thank you Giuseppe for the friendliness and the amazing service!

Since arriving in Italy, I've visited this restaurant many times. The first time I ate there, I was amazed; the staff were incredibly welcoming, and the ambiance was wonderful. However, when I went at lunchtime today, a male staff member was extremely rude to us. I don't know his name, but he was quite nice to us when we first came in. I don't know if we offended him or what, but his attitude became very poor when we took our order. When we asked him how much food the three of us could eat, I don't remember his exact words, but the gist was, "I don't know. You have to tell me how many kilograms you want. If you don't know, I can't take your order." I initially thought it was due to the Italian language barrier, but a man at the next table, who spoke excellent English and was also Chinese, was equally rude. He even threw the plates and cups at us the whole time. I don't understand. I could understand if there were many people, but there were only about four tables occupied at the time. I don't know if he was specifically targeting people from our country or what. Fortunately, the man at the next table helped us by verbally abusing the male staff member in English, and he didn't show up again. Afterwards, the other staff members were all very kind, making the experience very comfortable. I've always thought your steaks were delicious, but this waiter should probably treat everyone the same way. I also lived in Florence for a while; as a tourist city that welcomes people from all over the world, such a renowned steakhouse should hire fewer small-minded employees. Don't let trivial matters tarnish your reputation.
