Buca dell'Orafo In Firenze

Very good restaurant, very kind and attentive staff. The dishes are very good, and the quantities are perfect. I highly recommend!

I had the pleasure of having dinner at the Buca dell'Orafo restaurant, a restaurant located in the center of Florence. The place is small but welcoming, with simple but refined furnishings. The staff is friendly and helpful, and strives to make customers feel at ease. I ordered the steak and tortellini in broth. The steak was tender and flavorful, while the tortellini was very good. The service was friendly and fast. The waiters were always attentive to customer needs. The price is average for a restaurant of this type.

Little historical Florentine soul. Cozy and intimate place. I like. Excellent food, everything from the croutons to the delicious ham (small portions! add more slices), meats that melt in your mouth, the house wine tasted like butter (excellent), so did the dessert, which was often left behind. Next time I'll try the first ones. Less happy notes on the service: we had to ask for bread three times, precise portions of potatoes and ham, it was cleared calmly and, in my opinion, even if permission was asked (very kind staff), as a rule you shouldn't smoke in such a place. In conclusion, I still really appreciated the quality, €50 for a fixed menu, I would say expensive but it's okay, we are next to Ponte Vecchio. I will go back and recommend it!!!

Small and nice restaurant. Good service and tasty food. As an appetizer we had the crusty bread with liver. Optimal! Then we had maltagliati with exquisite ragù and then sliced. I liked it a lot.

It used to be better and more fun. Very quiet and mostly old American tourists. No locals.

Locale molto caratteristico. Il cibo è davvero eccellente. Tutto quello che ho mangiato era davvero buonissimo. I prezzi un po’ alti, poiché non si trattava comunque di piatti ricercati ma di pietanze comunque semplici.

The food was fine. Nothing special. The wait staff was nice. Nothing special. The ambiance was fine. Nothing special. It was kind of a take it or leave it experience but definitely not noteworthy.

Great place to get the local steak. So delicious and melt in your mouth, fried zucchini flowers was quite good as well. Overall great Experience we had in late Aug.

Qualcuno in questo posto mi lasciò il grasso della fiorentina. Credo che ci sia solo una persona che possa rendere romantico un gesto del genere... Qualsiasi sia il gesto, è l'importaza che c'è dietro a esso a renderlo speciale. Pranzo bellissimo e proprietario simpaticissimo. Ho tardato a scrivere la recensione ma consiglio a tutti di visitare questo posto. Consigliatissimo!
