04/05/2025: ¡Qué hallazgo! Uno de los pocos lugares abiertos un domingo en Sinalunga. Nuestros anfitriones Stephano (propietario) y Pitra nos mimó con un servicio al cliente maravilloso y una comida que no decepcionó. Obtenga la tabla de salami “Especial”, Viene con salami, anchoas en vinagreta, queso de cabra , tomates secados al sol, focaccia a la parrilla, miel local, mermelada, calabacín a la parrilla y whew! Maldita sea. Los ravioles de setas con salsa crema tartufí deslumbraron mi paladar. ¡MALDICIÓN!

17/05/2025: The village where the restaurant is located is very nice but unfortunately the meat of the peposo was tough and the tagliata was thin. Small portions for the cost. The first courses are better, even the appetizers are a bit small. When paying the bill, they go a lot for excess in rounding the cents.

04/05/2025: Delicious food, best value for money and everyone was very kind!! Very tasty and well served food, I don't think I'll ever forget that amatriciana and the tiramisu ☺️ menu with primo, secondo, wine and water for 14 euros and with a lot of food! Perfect
04/05/2025: We had lunch choosing from the menu of the day which consists of a first and second course chosen from those proposed + water + 1/4 of wine. The dessert costs only €3. In total we spent €15 per person. The portions are generous and the quality/price is excellent.

27/05/2025: Very fine cooking: risotto especially good but the white fagiolini are also fabulous. Roast chicken excellent. Wonderful olive oil that they are famous for. We agree with other reviewers that the selection of Tuscan wine is first rate and exceptionally fairly priced. Visit their nearby deli for picnic stuff and also good selection of wine. We went back twice for the food. Service can be a bit haughty. But no one can be nice to customers all the time. A small price to pay for cooking of this quality.

28/05/2025: simple but tastefully furnished place I would define as very welcoming, the staff very kind and the visit of the chef to the table for a little greeting was very welcome. very special menu! tonight I enjoyed the pappardelle with calamari and the sea bass baguette and coffee mousse. everything was excellent...I'll be back to try the rest

Si pasas Catello di Borilo asegúrate de comer en esta maravillosa ostería.
¡Puedo recomendar esto a todo el mundo!
27/05/2025: Highly recommended! Food, service and atmosphere were just wonderful. Well prepared and seasoned Riso (risotto with octopus). The personnel recommended wine that suited perfect and was polite and friendly.

22/05/2025: The real must of the place, the fried steak. Available ONLY by reservation but if you are in the area it is a dish that you cannot miss. In addition to the fried steak or various typical traditional dishes they are all very good. Exceptional staff. Highly recommended.
