16/03/2026: It is a pleasent surprise to eat that well so close to one of the most turistic spots in the world - the restaurant is only a couple of minutes walking from Saint Peter's basilica. Slightly upscale restaurant vibes, but the food does not really match the intention. It is very good cuisine, and the service is excellent, but it feels pricey for what it is worth.

We were truly satisfied with every course...the staff was very kind and helpful... A lovely discovery and definitely our destination in Ariccia. The guys were really good...quality ingredients.

17/03/2026: I had lunch today at this restaurant-osteria in the heart of Rome, just steps from the Trevi Fountain. The atmosphere was welcoming and tasteful, the waiter was very friendly and professional, and the food was delicious. Authentic Roman cuisine: crispy, yet not greasy, artichokes alla Giudia (Jewish-style artichokes)... Delicious oxtail stew (oats-style), I even got all over myself, but it was worth it... Perfectly cooked and flavorful lamb chops! What can I say? It was exactly what I was looking for, and I'll be back as soon as I can! The price was really low considering the area and the quality! Congratulations!

30/03/2026: Everything is excellent, but if you don't like your meat rare, as they think it's almost raw, ask for medium rare, even though that's unthinkable for them. Everything is top-notch, even the prices.

11/01/2026: Last night I called at the last minute and they were very kind in finding us a table for two, very high quality grilled meat, they recommend everything based on your tastes, very kind staff, it's the second time I've been there and there will be others too.... I absolutely recommend it

10/04/2026: History repeats itself. Alessandro is a master chef who has followed his father (the famous "Agustarello") from his earliest days. (I believe the trattoria and he were founded in the same year or a year apart.) Raised within these walls, he has managed to freeze time through his dishes, which are not just a taste experience, but also a true Roman experience, simple and patient. The offal, the pajata, the tripe, the tail, and all those parts of the animal that were once considered poor, like the period Rome went through at that time, and which only the skilled hands of the women of the time transformed into succulent dishes. When I talk about history, I mean this. Ale didn't touch anything, he left everything as it was. He didn't "toxicate" the dishes to make them modern and Instagrammable, as they say today. So, who is Agustarello for? For two types of people: those who want to remember and be moved, and those who want to truly experience Roman cuisine. Everyone else, go elsewhere. There are plenty of restaurants around here that cater to every taste! I'd like to take this opportunity to thank you on behalf of all Romans. We love you, Alessandro.
