04/08/2024: I sincerely recommend this restaurant. The staff is very professional, friendly and attentive. The food is spectacular, made from high-quality local products and perfectly reflects the best of Roman cuisine. In addition, the place, which is very cozy, is well located in the center, therefore, it is easy to get to and then visit any of the key sites in the city.

02/08/2024: Beautifully prepared pasta, very authentic and small selection of dishes. We received a very friendly welcome and were looked after very well.

07/08/2024: Very tasty food and service that speaks good English. Very nice to sit in, it is small and cozy but very atmospheric.

03/08/2024: I have been to this place numerous times. Aside from the beautiful, welcoming location with its own style, the food is excellent. It is the best carbonara in Rome in my opinion, even if I think the latter is a purely subjective dish. The service is excellent, the waitresses accompany each dish with a big smile and kind words. Top quality-price. Advise!!

14/08/2024: A great place, everything was perfect! The service was phenomenal, they made room for us despite being full and going without a reservation, the food was very delicious, the best lasagna I have eaten in Rome, the young girl who served us was very helpful and they attended to us in Spanish without any problem! Highly recommended for a pleasant and romantic dinner!

13/08/2024: The porchetta last night was tender and tasty - still the best in Rome. The service staff are attentive and very nice. A little warm during the summer months.

21/08/2024: Tiberino was perfetto! If you are in Rome you must come to Tiberino and ask for Mirina! Mirina provided amazing service and history of Rome! On top of that, the food was incredible!

30/08/2024: I’m so happy we were able to eat here! The food was phenomenal! It was cooked to perfection and incredibly delicious. The atmosphere was so cozy and inviting, and the service was impeccable. Our waiter was very kind and attentive and took the time to explain the menu items to us. They also added wonderful touches such as sugared lemons to cleanse the palate before the meal and a delightful bread basket. I highly recommend this place and I’m sad that we can’t eat here more often since we don’t live in Italy!

30/08/2024: Second time here (2024) and it was as brilliant as the first time (2017).

11/08/2024: The place was great! We found it online and since it is a famous restaurant we made a reservation. We tasted authentic italian dishes and they were delicious.

10/08/2024: We were waiting for about 1 hour for a table for 2. The business informed us on time about the delay because we had not made reservation. But while we were waiting and moreover while we were sitting in our table (totally about 2 hours), we realised that more than 10 tables were free. The food was perfect, the service fast and polite but I suggest you reconsider the reservation procedure because many tourists were disappointed about this. Finally the plates need replacement, I was sitting in front of the pass and I realised that 90% of the plates, also my wife's and mine,were broken.

09/08/2024: Food was some of the best I had in Rome. Highly rated for a reason. A warning on the menu to remember that it is not a fast food restaurant, and for a good reason. The carbonara with extra truffle sauce was rich and well seasoned. Friends got the Lasagna, the first option under the homemade noodles section, and the spicy tomato pasta, all with great reviews. Tiramisu was heavenly. Atmosphere was wonderful, plenty of lights outside and well put together.

25/08/2024: An old-time restaurant where Mrs. Adriana makes all the difference in the world. Everything we ate was of excellent quality; the oxtail tail is exceptional.

24/08/2024: High quality food, excellent meat, new appetizers, the tarts must be tried! The zabaglione espresso with blackberries or with delicious coffee. Excellent wines, the owner is mètre.

19/08/2024: Agrodolce Roma is an absolute gem! My wife and I had a fantastic dining experience here. She ordered the Spaghetti alla Carbonara, while I went for the Fettuccine con Tutti Di Mare. Both dishes were exquisite, bursting with authentic Italian flavors that left us craving more. The service was top-notch, thanks to Mary. You know a good institution takes care of its clientele when they give a glass of prosecco for the wait. Despite witnessing her being rudely treated by other customers, she handled everything with grace and professionalism. She ensured our meal was perfect and even treated us to some Limoncello, which was a delightful surprise! I'd recommend booking in advance, as this place is popular. However, we were lucky enough to get a table without a reservation. We'll 100% be back—this was by far the best dining experience we've had in Europe and Italy. Absolutely recommending this one.

My palate was confronted with a version of spaghetti carbonara that, I must admit, bordered on perfection. The simplicity of this dish is often its downfall; However, in Agrodulce, the balance between the ingredients was achieved with the skill of a master craftsman. The sauce, rich and silky, clung to each strand of pasta with an insistence that could only be described as culinary devotion. Guanciale, the soul of carbonara, was prepared with a precision that evokes respect. Its deep, slightly smoky flavor provided an exquisite contrast to the creaminess of the sauce, creating a symphony of flavors that danced in my mouth with a harmony rarely found in this dish so mistreated in so many cuisines around the world. 28/07/2024: Cozy atmosphere, fast service and very kind staff. Really good typical Roman dishes. Especially the delicious handmade gluten-free pasta! Highly recommended! Definitely coming back 😀

27/07/2024: I'm going to rewrite the review since I think it will be better for all of us. The food is good, that's for starters, now I'll tell you what I expected: I was recommended by an acquaintance, the menu was in English and Italian and since we didn't understand it, they took another one for us with photos of the dishes. We were still a little lost and didn't know what to order, we would have liked them to recommend what to eat (typical dishes and so on). We don't take advantage of it as we should. Maybe another time. In the end we ordered entrecote, spaghetti and little else, which we can order anywhere.
