13/08/2024: Amazing and authentic Roman food! Baffling to see the tourist traps being rated better than here. If you’re looking for great food at fair prices and amazing service then this is the place. We had two nights in Rome and ate here both nights!

11/08/2024: The best restaurant we ate in in Rome! Wonderful atmosphere, like in a real Italian home. The place is run by brothers who give their guests all their hearts during their visit. Delicious pasta, very good home-made wine. I don't like sweets, but I was tempted to try dessert - their homemade tiramisu is amazing! At the end, we each got a glass of limoncello (from what we saw, not everyone at the tables next to us had such an extra treat), so it was very nice. Prices - for Rome - very affordable (10-12 euros for a large portion of pasta), a bottle of house wine for 10 euros, a large portion of tiramisu for 5 euros. We will definitely come back here more than once :)!

04/08/2024: Good food but very slow in taking the order and also in serving. A lunch made up of workers who take the menu for 10 euros should not last 1 hour and 30 minutes.

16/08/2024: It's one of the best restaurants in Rome! I recommend making a reservation. The menu has a small selection, but the food makes up for it. The service is impeccable, the ambiance is ideal for it is not noisy, the tables have tablecloths that are impeccable, and the food is to die for. We started with the Antipasto Santa Cristina; it has prosciutto, salami, baked eggplant, grilled peppers, and burrata with salmon, which were all superb. We ordered the sword fish with a lemon sauce, and I was surprised by the mild, tasty balanced sauce that complemented the perfectly cooked fish. I tasted my partner's onions and grullere cheese lasagna and fell in love with the taste and by the fact that the pasta was not overcooked. For dessert, we had tiramisu and the panna cotta, which is now my new love. 5* excellent 4* very good 3* good 2* It's not worth it 1* Don't even think about it

14/08/2024: What a cute place and such great service and food! We had made reservations to come here and it is a family owned place and nice to not fall into a tourist trap. The lasagna was delicious and the gentleman taking our order was kind and playful with our kids. The wine he recommended based on my preference was amazing and they had a high chair for children which is always a plus. I would come back next time in Rome.

07/08/2024: SPECTACULAR The best restaurant in Frascati the service is top notch I recommend trying the oil they make. As for the hotel, spectacular views, simple but well-maintained and above all spotless rooms. the only flaw is the breakfast, little space and very sparse, it clashes with the high level of the structure but 5 stars is more than you can expect

25/07/2024: Lovely, intimate, uncomplicated and friendly with excellent service and a very personal feel to the food. We went for lunch and would have returned for dinner if we had the time to spare.

17/08/2024: I went to this place with a friend for an aperitif. The location is very beautiful, the staff attentive and kind. If you want to get away from the noise of the city and immerse yourself in an atmosphere of peace and tranquility this is the right place, but (there is always a but around the corner), pay 58 euros for two simple aperitifs made with a glass of white and a spritz, two saucers of fried foods (good, yes) and a small bowl of couscous and a crumbled one, I find it excessive. Usually the drink is included in the fixed cost of aperitifs, whereas here it is paid separately. Unfortunately we are always going further and it is becoming normal to pay a lot for small things.

16/08/2024: Ideal place for a romantic aperitif (dinner menu yet to be tried). Farmhouse surrounded by greenery where tranquility and breathtaking views are the protagonists. But not even completely because the white wine (home-made), the fried foods, the cheeses and the ham were something extraordinary!!! Excellent service, very kind staff and more than modest prices. We will definitely be back

06/07/2024: This is one of the few "real" old style Roman pizzerias still around. First of all, Alessandro, the owner, is a fantastic person, the place is welcoming and the food is very good, from the first courses to the second courses, not to mention the pizzas, which you can customize as you want. Then there are many themed evenings, which are really fun.

07/07/2024: Carbonara, the good one! Restaurant run with passion by a couple of young entrepreneurs, very hospitable, who make you feel "at home". Traditional Roman and local dishes, excellently prepared and served in generous portions and at reasonable prices. Absolutely worth trying. Compliments!

05/05/2024: E' inutile soffermarsi sul locale e sul personale...niente da eccepire! La nota dolente è stata la carbonara. Penso che neanche io abbia saputo fare di peggio. Io e la mia amica deluse...la carbonara è una religione. Poco uovo, tra l'altro cotto troppo, pancetta non credo fosse guanciale. Un disastro! Gnocchi e fettuccine al ragù buone. I secondi buoni molto casalinghi. Una buona trattori forse da migliorare e i prezzi forse appena sopra le righe per quello che offre. Si può frequentare? A più di 35 euro a persona per un pasto completo (primo, secondo, contorno acqua e vino) decidete voi.

04/05/2024: Locale un pò nascosto. Arredo vecchio stile ma pulito. Personale gentile. I primi: Gnocchi fatti in casa al ragù buoni. La carbonara era tutto quello che una carbonara non deve avere. Uovo frittata, niente cremosa, poco pecorino e pepe, pancetta(?) poco croccante. Male! Se non siete capaci non la fate. La pasta era comunque cotta al punto giusto. Secondi e Contorni fatti come ti aspetti che siano ( Scaloppe e involtini) Vino in caraffa (8:00€ lt) beverino. [8:00€ 4 fette di prosciutto due fette di melanzane e 8 olive...mi sembra un pò esagerato] Diciamo che invece di 38,00€ a testa 33,00/34,00 sarei uscito più soddisfatto. Comunque da non cancellare.
