Very tasty food in a great atmosphere. A timely restaurant with authentic Italian service. The price was slightly high, but the dishes were worth it.

Saturday evening we book dinner, a table for four at La Fiaschetta, a characteristic setting, friendly staff, we order two rigatoni amatriciana, tonnarelli cacio e pepe and tonnarelli gricio (cacio pepe and pork cheek), saltinbocca alla Romana, meatballs, everything plentiful, service excellent, very satisfied!

Posto accogliente, servizio cortese, ospitalità italiana classica.
Menù tradizionale, semplice, ben cucinato.
Sapori equilibrati, sia nei primi che nelle verdure.
Vini ottimi.
Consigliatissimo anche a pranzo.
Prezzi adeguati, si pranza con 15-25 euro a seconda delle portate.

Un pranzo tra amiche dopo il lavoro in un posto suggestivo del centro di Roma, a noi sconosciuto ma ora non più! Si mangia molto bene perchè utilizzano buone materie, il personale è attento e presente. Abbiamo ordinato 2 paste all'amatriciana (ottime); 1 zuppa (piatto del giorno, perchè a parte il fisso propongono piatti diversi); verdure grigliate; cicoria all'agro; acqua; 1 calice di vino bianco e due caffè. Nel prezzo del coperto era incluso la degustazione dell'olio su pane che loro usano e vendono! Buona idea! Lavorando vicine il posto è stato ottimale per tutto. Torneremo.
