We really enjoyed dinner at La Fiaschetta. Every meal was made perfectly from the amatriciana to the steak and chicken dishes. The cheese appetizer with a variety of cheeses was great and they had a great wine selection. Best meal we had in Roma.

Amazing beef tenderloin! Excellent wine selection and pairing advice. Friendly service. They truly care about delivering an excellent dining experience. 2026 update: Returned after almost 6 years and everything is still excellent. The beef filet with thin sliced lard is amazing and the pastas were prepared perfectly, loaded with interesting flavors. This is officially my favorite little restaurant in Rome!

01/06/2026: Delicious food. The pasta is cooked to perfection. The owner couple is very hospitable and helpful, especially with my newborn son. I would recommend this osteria to anyone visiting Rome.
