22/12/2025: Every time we come to Rome, we have to visit this restaurant. The staff is incredibly friendly and the food is delicious. They have several gluten-free options, and the ones we've tried have been fantastic. The price is quite reasonable considering the area; we paid €57 for prosciutto e melone, pasta carbonara, gluten-free pasta amatriciana, a large bottle of water, a Coca-Cola, and a coffee. We left feeling very full and happy.

22/12/2025: Forced tip of 6 euros, tasteless, forced to order several dishes, forced to order quickly 3 times, taste like a typical tourist restaurant, ordered soup but didn't even get cutlery unless asked, bathroom is small, and the hallway is narrow so you have to constantly bump into people while eating. I made a reservation through the app, and they said it was available before I sat down, but they didn't give me a discount at the checkout.

09/12/2025: The steak is delicious, but if you don't like the texture of the lasagna, it's just okay.

09/12/2025: First meal in Rome, and it couldn’t have been better. The food was incredible, the service was warm and attentive, and the music created the perfect atmosphere. Truly a 10/10 experience.

The price is in line with the quality offered and is definitely worth it. The staff is friendly and professional, and a special thanks to Mara and Matteo for their kindness and attention to detail.

19/11/2025: Truly typical Roman cuisine! Although small, the atmosphere is super comfortable. The wait staff are all friendly and quick. We're Romans, and we had a great time with relatives from Lombardy.

19/12/2025: A magnificent restaurant in the heart of the Trastevere neighborhood, with local food and a very welcoming atmosphere. The waiters were attentive to our every need and offered recommendations. They served us a complimentary appetizer of tuna polpette, and for starters we ordered oysters, tuna tartare, and sea bass carpaccio, which we had never tried before and was surprisingly delicious. For our main course, we had lasagna, different from the others but spectacular, and a wonderful lobster risotto—it was like taking a bite of the sea. Finally, for dessert, we ordered tiramisu, also different from the others we had tried but incredibly good. The price is a bit higher than other restaurants in the area, but it's worth every penny; you get what you pay for. On our next visit to Rome, we will definitely return and recommend it to everyone!

30/11/2025: After reading about this place, I decided to walk in to try and have dinner. They told me they were completely booked so I decided to make a reservation for the following evening which I was really looking forward to. I’m not one to ever write a bad review but this is hands down the worst pasta I’ve had in my life. I ordered the carbonara which was rigatoni pasta but the pasta was incredibly hard like it wasn’t cooked properly and one bite of the bacon and it was the saltiest thing you’ve ever heard. Completely inedible. The bruschetta was nothing special at all. And the veal and ham dish was not worth ordering. Save yourself the hassle of needing a reservation and your money and eat anywhere else. Don’t understand the rave about this place. I make better pasta at home and I’m not even Italian.

20/12/2025: Having eaten at so many restaurants in Rome, Italy, this one was absolutely the best! 😋 Everything from the steak, octopus legs, marinated tuna, bread, and red wine was fantastic! Superb! The menu was delicious! 😋 The dumplings 🥟 were unique, but not quite to the Asian palate; they were more like dessert. You should definitely give them a try! The service was also the best in Rome, Italy. They even said goodbye before closing time. The staff were excellent! 👍 200% praise for the service! Bravo! I'll definitely come back in a couple of days for their famous pasta! Looking forward to it! 😊 Importantly, they have free Wi-Fi! 😂 Remember, if you're in Rome, Italy and don't want to waste money on a bad experience, come here first. You won't regret it! The prices are reasonable. It seems they don't accept JCB credit cards! Highly recommended!!!

17/12/2025: The bacon is hard like a rock, and the beef in the hamburger is very dry.I didn’t feel any service. I don't think it's worth the price.

13/12/2025: We stumbled upon it while searching for the pyramid, and the real discovery was finding this restaurant. The food was delicious...the toneroli cacio e pepe was amazing, and the atmosphere was special. 100% recommended.

26/11/2025: Small place with just a few tables inside. We went for lunch and had pasta alla gricia, sausage and chicory, and oxtail stew. Good food at a good price. The place and restrooms were clean. We'll be back.

27/11/2025: A small, welcoming restaurant, it offers traditional Roman cuisine. The pasta alla grigia, tripe, and giblets are delicious.

20/11/2025: Recommended by a colleague, I finally managed to organize a dinner with a friend here at Edmondo. The staff and the owner were incredibly friendly and courteous, and it was a totally relaxing dinner, where I enjoyed their excellent Roman-style cuisine. A platter of two appetizers, a first course, two second courses, and a liter of wine were €35 per person.

03/12/2025: Excellent restaurant in central Rome, near Termini Station. A cozy, welcoming atmosphere... it feels like home. Tables are well-stocked and spaced apart to maintain privacy. Excellent food—carbonara, gricia, vaccinara—accompanied by excellent wines. The staff is discreet and attentive to the needs of their guests. What more can I say? If you try it, you'll be happy to return.

01/12/2025: Small and dated atmosphere. Good food, but expensive. I wouldn't go back. We had a boiled artichoke soon, served cold, which I didn't like (€9), and two main courses were €20 each, plus tap water and cover charge. The lamb was very good, I must say.

06/11/2025: Wasn’t planning to go out, but got a bonus on a website (the one in the photo) and thought — why not treat myself? Ordered a pizza, and it was totally worth it. Simple crust, good cheese, fresh onions, and juicy tomatoes — just right.

13/12/2025: Nice place, but the room where I dined was very cold and lacked heating; there was only one split, which wasn't enough. The food, with the exception of the tasty appetizers, didn't convince me for various reasons, and the dessert was in line with the rest of the dinner. Yet, it would be enough to make simple and authentic dishes with good ingredients to have a truly appreciable menu.

07/12/2025: A must-see, with a family atmosphere. The food is excellent. Top-notch traditional cuisine, the truffle carbonara is unrivaled!!! But the list of delicacies is long: appetizers, first courses, second courses, desserts... you'll never run out of options!! The all-female service is truly excellent and professional.
