07/05/2025: Very welcoming and professional environment. Impeccable service and delicious food. 10 of us had dinner with a wide assortment of selected dishes and we were all very satisfied. Modest prices for the quality offered. Highly recommended!!

02/05/2025: I leave 4 stars because it is not my intention to attack the activities of those who work honestly. The fried calamari was really excellent. The point I have to make is on the service: I'll start by saying that I've worked in many places, from bars to restaurants, and the thing they insisted on most was bringing the water and bread to the table immediately, almost even before the customers sat down, even when we had 100 covers in progress. Instead my mother and I sat down and for 20 minutes no one came, I called the blonde lady to take the order or at least ask for water almost """putting my hand in her face"" and she pretended that I didn't exist. After 20 minutes they took our order. When the food arrived we were still without water or various drinks to which my mother had to say "please bring me the water as I'm dying of thirst?" that is, it is not normal that one has to eat but not to drink. Service needs improvement

16/05/2025: A magical place on the island in the middle of the Tiber. The staff and owner are courteous and the service is fast. We were there about 8 years ago and enjoyed the kindness and generosity of the owner and staff, and now that we have returned to Rome, we have returned here. And again, we were treated with kindness and generosity and enjoyed sitting there, and also drinking and eating.

28/04/2025: Really great restaurant! Went there and had a great experience, location is really nice - especially liked the whole atmosphere of the place (music, decoration). The food was brilliant, overall definitely worth a second visit.

05/05/2025: Ah, the famous Alfredo e Ada! Homemade food right in the old town, with insane charm. Is the food really that amazing? I had pasta bolognese ("Pasta al ragu"), and it tasted just like the pasta we make at home - it was tasty, however I would not recommend it, unless one looks for rather simple meal. Lasagna was really delicious. Vitella and blanched zucchini were simple, spiced with mint-like herb. They do not serve any coffee nor desserts, which is fine, as there are many options around. I really like the vibe, and the staff.

05/05/2025: Visited on a weekday around 7pm and managed to get a table for two after 30minutes of waiting. Menu changes slightly everyday, but one of their signatures was oxtail - Coda alla vaccinara. This was divine. It does take some effort to dig out all the meat on the tail, nevertheless it was so tender yet juicy. We also had eggplant parmigiana and mushroom risotto which were both good. Homely authentic Roman cuisine The space is tight, and as mentioned in other reviews, you get seated with other patrons in the same table. Price was very reasonable. Location was easy to find. It was worth the wait.

10/05/2025: We were super happy with the food everything was delicious. The garden was very cosy and the wine recommendation was also on point. The price was very fair and we would definitely come back when in Rome again and recommend this place to everyone.

07/05/2025: Restaurant with a youthful and warm atmosphere, traditional but also innovative dishes, with frequent off-menu options that are always different. Good wine cellar. Excellent service, family atmosphere, excellent food. Prices definitely lower than the average for the neighborhood considering the quality of the cuisine. I recommend it.

17/04/2025: Valid alternative if you are in the area. The aubergine parmigiana terrine is good as is the knife-cut ham. The gricia was good, the other first courses a little less impressive, the courtyard ragù a little dry. All in all ok. Very friendly service and beautiful environment

28/04/2025: Wow what a beautiful place! We went as a couple without having booked and even though the place was practically full, they found us a place. Amazing appetizers. The sfizi and the artichoke alla giudia really well executed: perfect frying. Tonnarelli alla gricia and tonnarelli cacio e pepe to die for!!! The white wine on tap was also good. The bill was commensurate with the quality and service. Compliments.
