27/02/2025: I was on October 26th and I can swear that in my life I have never been to a noisier restaurant than this one. There was a huge table of about forty people of Asian origin who were shouting and shouting, going from one table to another, strictly each with a bottle in their hand. I pointed this out to the staff and they did absolutely nothing other than make a point of apologizing when they left. Evidently the god of money is always more important than us mere mortals. The quality of the food is not great, despite the exorbitant prices. Furthermore, apparently they don't have menus, it's no coincidence that when choosing the wine they accompanied us to the cellar fridge without obviously knowing the price of anything, the same thing applies when they showed us the raw fish, putting you in the position of not feeling like asking the price and therefore in the end you spend a fortune. Then in a fish restaurant you can't hear that you can't fry calamari.

25/02/2025: Io sono napoletana e in primis amo il caffè. Quando sono al centro storico e ho voglia di un buon caffè vado in questo bar. A mio avviso il più buono che abbia mai provato in quella zona. Mi ci ha portato il mio ragazzo e quando sono in quella zona mi concedo una bella pausa!

16/03/2025: Group of 6 people, we stayed 7 days during a ski mountaineering trip, in February 2024. At the Rendez Vous Hotel we find all the charm of the Aosta Valley: good, genuine Valdotan family cuisine and a simple, warm welcome. Very good value for money half board. Central hotel in the valley, very well located for getting around. A good address. I returned there, under the same conditions, in January and February 2025, with two groups, for a stay, each of one week, of ski mountaineering. Always the same assessment: very warm welcome, comfort, cuisine, etc. I confirm, a very good address with excellent value for money.

24/02/2025: I stayed for three nights in this hotel with my partner. 3 star hotel, very nice, renovated, clean. Very nice wooden rooms in Alpine style. There is also the possibility of using the spa. Excellent and plentiful cuisine with typical Aosta Valley dishes. Breakfast is both sweet - with homemade cakes and delicious jams - and savory with excellent cold cuts and cheeses. Thanks go to the owners who have always given us excellent advice to make the most of our holiday.

08/12/2024: Ieri sono ritornata o in questo posto magico per come ti avvolgo i sapori esplosivi di un tempo per trasformarsi in opere d’arte in un piatto che delizia il palato ma riempie gli occhi ve lo consiglio vivamente la proprietà è molto ma molto coinvolgente quando ti porta il piatto nel raccontarlo sentirete già i sapori ed ora con la nuova chef ha sbancato 😘

08/12/2024: Yesterday I returned to this magical place because of how I envelop you in the explosive flavors of the past to transform into works of art in a dish that delights the palate but fills the eyes. I highly recommend it. The property is very, very engaging when it brings you When you tell the dish, you will already feel the flavors and now with the new chef it has hit the jackpot 😘

05/03/2025: We had dinner in the structure for a family reunion, a menu planned with various choices and abundant quantities, it was almost difficult to eat the second course but the meat was excellent and could not be left out. Francesco, the young and friendly manager, did not lack attention, the waiter, whose name unfortunately I don't remember, was very nice and very knowledgeable. Thank you for your hospitality PS. Being intolerant and sensitive to my stomach, I had no problem with their cuisine during and after!

22/03/2025: This time I went to eat fried pizza with Florentine friends, who were impressed, they didn't think such goodness existed. They chose a classic, with escarole, montanare and I chose a new entry: fried pizza with Genoese, you can't believe how good the Genoese meat was, perfect inside the pizza. Last thing to say: the price is really excellent compared to the quality. Keep it up, you're the best.
