The quality of the dishes was very good compared to the average price in Vico. The staff was super friendly both in the dining room and outside: we forgot a bag and they brought it back to the hotel. This kind of courtesy and kindness is rare! Congratulations!

Classic trattoria. Inconsistent service. Long waits between dishes. Terrible wines. Some of the starters and meat dishes are good. A restaurant in a seaside town that serves almost all its dishes with frozen fish certainly leaves many perplexed. The price is high for what you get.

Al Buco is a down-to-earth restaurant, and the reviews reflect that. The food is like something your Italian mom would make, the service is quick, and the atmosphere is simple. But the food is fantastic, and the value for money is refreshingly good for the Amalfi Coast. We'll definitely go back.

The meal was decent. The servers were friendly, attentive, and pleasant. The waitress (perhaps the owner) was a bit abrupt and sharp-tongued with one of the diners who hadn't eaten certain pieces of meat (fat and tendons). We weren't offered dessert; we waited, then finally went to pay and left.
