28/04/2026: If you are traveling in Salerno, I highly recommend stopping by to enjoy some seafood. For reference, I saw quite a few locals eating pizza. I enjoyed the meal so much that I forgot to take photos, so unfortunately, I cannot include them (I don't remember the names of the dishes ^^). The atmosphere is that of a simple local restaurant; language barriers were resolved with kindness (a helper appeared nearby), menu choices were made with recommendations, the taste was very pleasant, and the prices were very reasonable. Although it was house wine, I liked that it was aromatic and (somewhat) full-bodied. I hope those of you wondering where to eat have a delightful meal.

29/05/2026: My husband and I had such a fun time at Tirabusciò Cooking School in Sorrento! We learned how to make pizza from scratch, got helpful tips and a recipe to take home, and each made our own pizza with toppings from the options provided. Wine and water were included, and transportation was available, which was really convenient. The only small issue was that Google Maps sent us slightly around the corner, so double-check the location if you're getting there on your own. Overall, a fun and delicious experience we’d definitely recommend!

Despite the holiday and the packed restaurant, the service was impeccable: the **staff is truly kind** and approachable, they know how to make you feel at ease without too much unnecessary formality. Moving on to the food, you can taste the quality ingredients behind every dish. We started with the **Mallone**, a classic that they prepare to perfection here: flavorful, balanced, and beautifully presented, combining local tradition with a more refined touch. You can tell they know how to handle local recipes. The highlight of the meal was the **deconstructed tiramisu**. The idea of ​​serving it with pieces of the moka pot and ladyfingers on the side was very original: besides being fun to assemble, the cream was very fresh and light. It's not your usual "thrown in" dessert, but you can see the thought behind it. Another strong point is the wine cellar. It's truly well-stocked, with a remarkable selection of labels that allows you to enjoy good drinks at reasonable prices. Ultimately, a place where substance matters more than appearance, ideal for those seeking good Irpinian cuisine in a welcoming atmosphere. The quality-price ratio is excellent. I'll gladly return.

During the wedding day, Angelo and Giusy were extraordinary: true points of reference, capable of coordinating everything from start to finish and promptly managing even small unexpected events. The cuisine was simply exceptional: dishes carefully crafted in both flavor and presentation, everything truly delicious and appreciated by all our guests. A necessary preface: I suffer from shellfish allergies, a condition that often turns a seafood dinner into an exercise in sacrifice rather than choice. Here, attentiveness, courtesy, and professionalism are the order of the day: dishes are adapted to the moment, without shortcuts, a clear sign of fresh ingredients and a skilled craftsman who knows how to craft them with confidence. One gesture in particular speaks to the place's style: in order to let me try the fusilloni with clams, grouper, and zucchini flowers, topped with shellfish chosen by my companion, a special version was prepared, free of any contaminants. An unsolicited attention, and for that very reason, doubly appreciated. My monkfish, grouper, clam, and potato stew was simply impeccable: balanced, just the right amount of flavor, the kind that doesn't seek special effects because it doesn't need them. Service: smiling, welcoming, attentive, and never intrusive. In short: naturalness, the increasingly rare art of authentic hospitality—with a touch of graceful elegance that, these days, is almost as important as the menu. Thanks, Diego.
