18/07/2026: Fantastic experience! The food is truly excellent, as you can see from the photos, everything prepared with great care. The staff is exceptionally kind, and the service is impeccable. I really appreciated the attention paid to my dietary needs, which was handled with great professionalism. The atmosphere is very peaceful and welcoming, perfect for enjoying a nice, relaxing dinner. I will definitely be back!

06/07/2026: Not good no friendly food not good It takes 40 minutes to arrived when we order appetiser soup main course they served all together the quality of the food not good at all

20/07/2026: This is my more than 9th or 10th visit here but the service quality hai fallen down from 10 to -0 . I’m not gonna come here again because I see the waiters are giving priority to other nationalities more than Indians . The waiters seems like we are not even here 🙂 keep up this and Indians will stop coming. And most important they served me almost cold biriyani that means the food was ready long time but nobody was bother to bring it down and when I call the waiter and asked if I don’t get my food in next 5min l’ll leave the place immediately he brought it down how is it possible? I also work in Ship so I know more than you guys. Thank you 🙏

13/07/2026: ### ❌ Highly Disappointed! Worst Atmosphere, Hygiene, and Service. I would absolutely not recommend this place, especially if you are visiting with family. Walking in felt less like entering a family restaurant and more like stepping into a local bar in Kerala. People were walking around holding beer bottles, creating an atmosphere that is completely unsuitable and uncomfortable for families. The service and hygiene standards were downright pathetic. When we went to sit down, the table cloth was filthy and covered with food remnants from previous customers. Instead of cleaning it properly, the staff member simply brushed the debris off with his bare hand and expected us to sit there. They only bothered to change the cloth after we strictly demanded it. The staff clearly lacks basic manners and hospitality. To make matters worse, most of the food items on the menu were unavailable. We were told it would take over 20 minutes just to get a Biryani. The only available options were Porotta with chicken or beef curry. When we asked for Dosa, we were told there was no Sambar, and then given a clumsy excuse that the batter hadn't fermented yet. With no food options, a dirty environment, and zero customer service, we decided not to order anything and walked out. If you are looking for a decent, peaceful meal with your loved ones, save your time and money and avoid this place.
