The cuisine is excellent and authentic, and you can taste the Italian craftsmanship in every dish. The atmosphere is also very pleasant, perfect for a pleasant time. 03/08/2026: We were with friends for a dinner we'd been looking forward to. The meat was one of the best grilled meats I've ever had. Being Argentinian and visiting a place like this, I felt right at home, from the wine to our host, Maximiliano, who was like family to us. Nothing to add, just his exceptional grilling skills. We'll definitely be back often with more stories to tell and a real hunger for his asado.

29/07/2026: The service was a bit slow; they seemed overwhelmed with so many people and only three staff members between the kitchen and the tables. While my family was happy with their meal, I ordered mine well-done, but apparently they didn't like my request, and it ended up burnt and undercooked. The pancake batter was lumpy and almost cold, but I must say the dulce de leche was delicious. For an Argentinian restaurant, it lacked the distinctive touch we're used to. And finally, the prices are quite high compared to other nearby places.

26/07/2026: I completely agree with this very rustic, family-run place, with polite staff and well-cooked seafood and generous portions. I was impressed by the dessert, a millefeuille with strawberries, with a delicate pastry on the palate. I forgot about the appetizer, a more than adequate portion of eggplant rolls, also delicious. I recommend it to anyone who enjoys a rustic hideaway and wants to eat well.

12/07/2026: Family dinner, truly a surprise. We ordered excellent fresh fish dishes, the cod with cruschi peppers, which is a typical local recipe, with a fantastic ancient flavor. Then we had a genuine Neapolitan pizza in the center, the dough super light and digestible, the staff kind and helpful. The place is very convenient for families and for its proximity to the Padula-Buonabitacolo highway exit. Highly recommended!!!

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism, in a familiar and authentic atmosphere, where you can experience the true flavor of tradition. The cuisine is this trattoria's strong point: dishes prepared with passion, using local products and quality ingredients that enhance the authentic flavors of the land. The menu offered to us was simply excellent. The rich and tasty appetizers were the perfect start to the meal. The two first courses, orecchiette alla Nerano and gnocchi alla Sorrentina, were prepared to perfection: balanced flavors, fresh ingredients, and recipes that respect the best Campania tradition. The meat-based main course was particularly appreciated by all the guests: tender, flavorful, and accompanied by a truly special sauce and excellent baked potatoes. To conclude, fresh fruit and a delicious cake made this special day even sweeter. 25/05/2026: A very beautiful location with a stunning view, ideal for a romantic dinner as there are also outdoor tables overlooking the sunset. The appetizers were exceptional, but the pasta was unfortunately overcooked. The main courses were average. We'll definitely return to try more. The value for money is average.

Absolutely nothing to complain about. I loved the relaxed atmosphere and the spotlessly clean open kitchen. And the bathrooms were spotless. Thanks for the warm welcome for us, who are from the province of Rome, and a heartfelt applause for the young woman who patiently brought our sandwiches to our tables with a beautiful smile. 16/05/2026: I've been coming to this place since they opened, and I can tell you I've never had a better sandwich than Gigione's, and I've tried quite a few... Besides the quality of the ingredients, which is a given and beyond discussion!!!!! Add to that the kindness and professionalism of the staff, always attentive to every need. Basically, do you want to eat a real/serious/properly made sandwich? You have to come to Gigione!!!!!

Terrible experience. You're incapable of selling online, it's not for you. I buy mozzarella and I've arranged it in a certain way with polystyrene, not cardboard.

06/06/2026: We went for dinner on a regular Saturday night. The place is very centrally located. The only two major flaws are the run-down, slightly "old" atmosphere, and the service from the staff, who are very friendly but clearly struggling because there are only a few young people working. In this context, the sandwich was good; you could taste the genuine, fresh ingredients; a little more salt would have been perfect. The location and table service could be improved.
