13/05/2025: in Benevento for a fair, we had dinner with a colleague: fantastic!!! Excellent food, the innkeeper was a dream! He also made our dinner a story, he explained each dish on the menu, he explained the choice of that menu and gave us impeccable advice. The place is not big, but this also contributes to making it unique. We had an Antica and a Cassetta Scialapopolo as an appetizer, two Lardiata (pennette with bacon fat, tomato, chili pepper) as a first course, and the babà...fantastic, little to add

27/04/2025: Excellent truly home-made tavern I highly recommend it to all friends In the kitchen all women. Their specialty is homemade pasta. And parpadelle sauce with porcini mushrooms and sausage. I recommend it at reasonable prices

11/05/2025: Absolutely try Trattoria Il Cinghiale in the heart of Benevento! This little jewel, almost hidden behind a discreet door in the historic center, turns out to be an exceptional surprise. The intimate atmosphere, with just seven tables, creates a welcoming and familiar environment, thanks also to the warm welcome of the owner and chef. The real surprise, however, is the superb quality of the dishes and the wine. The menu, although limited, is a triumph of authentic flavours, enhanced by the use of largely self-produced raw materials: from cheeses to ham, from bread to oil, up to the house wine. You can clearly perceive the passion and care in the selection of ingredients and in the preparation of each course. The overall experience was truly memorable, a perfect combination of the authenticity of a traditional trattoria and the excellence of genuine products. I highly recommend a visit to anyone looking for a high-end dining experience, in an intimate and convivial setting.

28/04/2025: Chiamo per prenotare per 3 persone: mi chiedono se siamo 3 adulti. Dico di no, 2 adulti e un bambino di 11 anni. Dopo un po' di frasi di circostanza e una finita consultazione la risposta è : mi dispiace siamo al completo, il ristorante è piccolo e dicono che si mangia bene. Peccato, va bene, sarà per la prossima volta. Però il modo di fare mi insospettisce: pochi minuti dopo richiamo per prenotare sempre per tre persone, stesso giorno, stesso orario. Di nuovo la domanda se siamo 3 adulti, dico di sì. Me lo chiede una seconda volta, dico ancora di sì. E poi una terza richiesta di conferma. Poi addirittura mi dice: "non c'è il cagnolino vero?". No non c'è il cagnolino. E magicamente il posto che pochi minuti prima non c'era ora c'è. E senza nemmeno grandi controlli al registro o consultazioni. Si mangerà pure bene, non ho motivo di dubitare delle stesse parole del gestore. Ma in quanto a correttezza lascia molto a desiderare. Per carità, si può scegliere di non accettare bambini, ma va detto, chiaramente.

28/04/2025: Spectacular bakery, never seen bread like this in our area, superior flour, exceptional leavening, excellent baking. But not only bread they have everything and at very honest prices, what can I say, congratulations indeed!

17/05/2025: We celebrated my husband's birthday in this place, we were first of all impressed by the great availability and professionalism of Gianluca the owner, who was able to respond to our needs. The place is welcoming also suitable for couples with children because it is a quiet environment, where you eat very well. We used the pizza tour formula and therefore we were able to taste various types of pizza, we must say all very good, light and thin dough. Special mention for the fried foods really excellent and all handmade including the chips that are made entirely by them, something very rare to find in the places. We really recommend it to everyone !! Really exceptional value for money congratulations for the passion and seriousness!!

11/05/2025: Top notch pizza, spectacular dough, in my opinion the best in the area, anyone who doesn't judge it is lying. Super artisanal fried foods at the top and very kind staff.

17/04/2025: We sat down and the staff immediately arrived, we took two cappuccinos (one of which was decaffeinated), a croissant with jam, a large Nutella donut, a Nutella croissant, a large lobster tail and a Sicilian cannoli. Everything arrived promptly, the bathroom was spotless and the staff was very kind. We only spent €15 and we will definitely return.

30/03/2025: We turned to them for a 40th birthday cake. They immediately proved to be very helpful, friendly and professional in trying to satisfy our requests. When choosing the flavors of the cake, they offered us 2 pastries to choose the flavor and when picking it up, they offered us 2 coffees. We really appreciated this welcome. The pastry chef proved to be a very good cake designer who created the cake we requested

23/03/2025: Personale gentile , ambiente curato atmosfera piacevole, adatto sia per serate informali che occasioni speciali. Ottimi i cocktail . Eravamo un tavolo di 9 persone , e nonostante il locale fosse molto pieno il personale , in particolare la cameriera che ci ha servito, si è dimostrato attento e disponibile . Ottimi gli antipasti e la carne . Locale molto consigliato.

04/05/2025: Ristorante bellissimo ma prima di tutto I piatti buonissimi e consigliatissimi ci siamo andati gia' 2 volte la prima volta abbiamo mangiato di terra e abbiamo assaggiato un antipasto del contadino e la mattonella del casaro Ps.Sembrava di stare in un sogno.Poi a seguire abbiamo preso ignocchetti con zucca ,guanciale e granella di nocciola e I cavatelli alla norcia buonissimi anche questi poi come secondo una tagliatelle di manzo ai porcini e agnello porchettato e come contorno insalata mista e patate al forno e per finire una bellissima scomposta al limone e una tartellette alla mela annurca spettacolari arrivati al conto, prezzi non alti. Consiglio vivamente questo ristorante servizio educato e si vedeva che ci tenevano a far sentire ogni cliente come se fosse a casa sua.Siamo andati anche una seconda volta e abbiamo mangiato pesce ,e I loro piatti sono sempre piu' pieni di allegria e gustosita'.Ci ritorneremo sicuramente Ps. E' il mio ristorante preferito.

03/05/2025: Precioso restaurante de gestión familiar, comida reconfortante completada por una ubicación fantástica. Marido y esposa ponen corazón y alma en este lugar, servicio encantador, buena comida. Ubicación perfecta en el lado del castello ducale enclavado bajo el porche de flores. Si desea experimentar la calidez del sur de Italia lejos del caos del destino más turístico, debe considerar una excursión de un día a Sant'Agata dei Goti y cenar en Fiore.

24/03/2025: Ho scoperto questo ristorante sul web per puro caso e le pietanze mi avevano convinta già dal menu ,le mie sensazioni non si sono sbagliate e devo dire che sono contenta per aver scoperto questo posto ! Il personale molto gentile e sia l’esterno che l’interno molto bello e accogliente .Inizialmente ci hanno portato delle frittelle eccezionali mai mangiate così buone delicatissime per non parlare dei primi. Abbiamo ordinato ,Maccheroncino ai Ferri e Mezzaluna ai tre pomodori delicati e saporitissimi . Per concludere il dolcino che vedete in foto anch’esso buonissimo, il gusto pistacchio si sposa molto bene con la base al limone 🍰🍋. Inoltre fuori al ristorante c’è un gattino molto dolce non si può fare a meno di accarezzarlo 🪴 😍🐱. Consiglio dopo il ristorante di visitare il castello di Montesarchio dove c’è all’interno un museo bellissimo e una veduta straordinaria . Ci ritorneremo 🤗

06/04/2025: I went a few days ago to get some takeaway pizza, very good dough and good quality ingredients. The only flaw is the burnt pizzas, I can understand that it can be slightly darker due to a distraction but such a pizza cannot be given to customers. I attach photos!

01/03/2025: All very good! Excellent pizza, perfect combinations and very light Neapolitan dough. Location a mix between modern and rustic. Absolutely normal prices with high quality ingredients! I was very amazed by the artisan desserts! There were so many of them and they were reinterpretations of famous desserts such as bounty or snikers! The only flaws we could say are that the parking lot is not very large and the menu is a little too large
