Even though it's the end of the season (only one row of umbrellas left and many of the facilities have been removed), I noticed the owners' friendly attitude and great courtesy. The beach club is a bit dated but welcoming. Everything about the beach and sea is fine. Worth a visit.

22/09/2025: We went on a Saturday evening. It's a true, traditional trattoria, simple, and has the atmosphere of old-fashioned eateries. The host is extremely kind and helpful. The mixed antipasto, fusilli all'aietana, and grilled veal steak with eggplant and mushrooms were all excellent and the portions generous. The prices were more than fair. It was a pleasure dining here.

31/12/2025: We ate a wonderful sandwich. Shame about the service: I ordered #16 and after a long time I turned to the counter to ask if there was still a wait (after about 20 minutes); they asked us for the receipt because they had missed (according to them) the order since they had reached #22. They quickly filled it and we finally enjoyed the sandwiches. Excellent alternative to McDonald's.

31/12/2025: Excellent quality sandwich, tasty and well-balanced ingredients. The price is truly excellent for what you get. Unfortunately, there was a bit of confusion at the cash register, but otherwise everything was very good. Overall, a more than positive experience, I'd gladly return.

05/05/2026: We chose this pizzeria based on its strong reviews on Google Maps, which was our main criterion. According to the listed hours, it should have been open from 5:00 PM, so my wife and I arrived at 5:15. However, it was clear the place wasn’t quite ready yet, only dim evening lighting and no real sign of being open. When we approached a staff member to ask in English, he replied, “I don’t speak English,” in English which was both confusing and came across as rather unfriendly. That first impression was disappointing, especially combined with the mismatch in opening hours. Fortunately, another staff member helped us place the order, and later we had the chance to meet the owner. He was incredibly kind and welcoming, we spoke first in English and then even switched to German. His attitude completely changed our experience. The pizza itself was genuinely delicious, but this visit really highlighted how important communication is in the service industry. We were close to leaving a low rating despite the food, but the owner truly turned things around. Thanks to him, we can now confidently say this is a great place with excellent pizza. A small suggestion: aligning opening hours and investing in staff communication could make a big difference, as online ratings strongly influence whether new customers decide to visit. Overall, a very tasty experience with a valuable lesson in hospitality.

16/02/2026: Giusto Gusto is a pizza place located in Celico. The place isn't huge, but it's very nice, modern, clean, and welcoming. Parking is easy. The appetizers are delicious, and the pinza are excellent, with a very tasty dough and topped with quality ingredients. The service is also good, and the waiter is very kind and helpful. The prices are fair for the quality of the products. I recommend it.

02/05/2026: The restaurant is located in the center of San Nicola Arcella, specifically in Piazza Altieri, 87020 San Nicola Arcella (CS). The interior is very unique and beautiful, furnished with period objects and instruments, and the tables and chairs that decorate the small outdoor square are very charming. We ate our sandwiches outside even though it was a spring evening (April 23, 2023) thanks to the gas-fired grills. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and quick to serve our dishes. The sandwiches filled with typical Calabrian products were excellent. The chips were good but too greasy. Excellent value for money. I returned yesterday, May 1, 2026, at lunchtime, and had an aperitif recommended by the house. The French toast offered, made with local products, was delicious; the "U'Quoppo di Terra" was a bit bland. The location is always very beautiful, congratulations. I recommend booking.

19/04/2026: If you have even a minimal knowledge of food, you can't help but appreciate the dishes they offer. Artisanal preparations are served with grace and knowledge of the ingredients used. I'll be back.

07/05/2026: The place looks good, has a good variety of options, and feels a bit pricey, but that's understandable. The toasted sandwich is good. The problem is, I don't know if it was the meat or the sauces that made me sick, and that can only be their problem.
