"I was looking for a special place, and Fish & Wine by Fish in the World exceeded all expectations. The place is enchanting, a haven for lovers of good taste, where the elegant decor and walls made of wine crates create a magical and intimate atmosphere.
The true heart of the place is the owner, Francesco: a wonderful person who welcomed us in an exemplary manner, instilling all his passion and making us feel like guests of honor from the very first moment.
The cuisine is pure quality: the fritto misto was incredibly light, and the dishes (accompanied by a top-notch wine list, such as Librandi's 'Peccatore') were a journey of authentic flavors. The final presentation of the spirits with the small pastries was beautiful, the perfect way to end the evening.
If you're looking for the perfect combination of the freshest fish, excellent wines, and a rare welcome, this is the place. Thank you, Francesco, see you soon!"

The mussels are exquisite, and then the grouper—oh, how good that grouper was... everyone was very friendly and available to answer any questions. Truly a beautiful place. Congratulations!

14/06/2025: I'm giving it 4 out of 5 stars not because of any real shortcomings, but simply because I haven't had the chance to try the attached restaurant yet. However, my experience at the delicatessen and butcher shop was more than sufficient to give me a very positive impression of the overall quality of the business.
The meat is always fresh, carefully selected, and of excellent quality, as are the cured meats, which offer an interesting and carefully curated variety. The staff has been friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, contributing to a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
The prices are absolutely affordable, considering the quality offered, and the environment is clean, tidy, and well-managed in every respect.
While I wait to evaluate the restaurant, I can still highly recommend this establishment, which already stands out for its efficiency, attention to detail, and quality.

29/03/2026: We ordered two pizzas to go last night. I'd seen the reviews, and they were almost all excellent.
Quick service, nothing to complain about.
The dough disappointed me; it wasn't fragrant at all, was hard at times, and very salty.
The toppings were average.
I expected much more, especially since the prices are higher than average.
20/12/2025: There's a discrepancy between what's written on the menu and what's on the plate (poor-quality speck/pancetta). Disappointing value for money.

As for me, I had a very good experience. The service was friendly and fast, and the atmosphere was very nice.
If I'm in the area again, I'll definitely return.

01/01/2026: We were here for the New Year's Eve party in 2026. The location is okay, and the entertainment was also okay. However, the food, drinks, and service leave much to be desired. The food was, frankly, a disaster:
- The meat menu should have been on par with the fish menu. I think the pictures speak volumes: the appetizer was a great fish platter with a wide selection, but the alternative was a bit of ham and a small mozzarella.
- Some of the other courses were ice-cold and disappointing in terms of taste; many of our plates were returned almost untouched.
- The main course was an absolute joke (see picture). I've had better meals in German company and university cafeterias. Completely uninspired.
- I think we got the worst waiter. He simply threw the plates on the table. He hit me in the head with a pill, which can happen, but that's no excuse.
- The only non-alcoholic drinks available were water and cola. They could offer a decent alternative, especially for pregnant women who pay the same price.
In summary, €120 per person is outrageous!
