05/04/2024: My visit to this meat restaurant in Calabria was disappointing in many respects. While also offering typical local products, the family atmosphere has turned into an unprofessional experience. During the meal, I had the impression that it was almost obligatory to say that everything was fine, even when it wasn't. The food was decent, the grill was a little poor and the prices were still above the local average. The tiramisu, presented as homemade, turned out to be one of the worst I've ever tasted, with a consistency more similar to cream than mascarpone and incorrectly soaked ladyfingers. Presented as handcrafted but actually made with low quality industrial ingredients. So much so that I only tasted it and left it all. When I expressed my disappointment (which was not appreciated, among other things), I was offered another dessert, but in the end I was still charged for the tiramisu too (absurd, I paid for both desserts - 10 euros!). Furthermore, the cover charge (obviously charged for that too) consisted of straw placemats, which seemed more like an attempt to create a rustic atmosphere than a real convenience. Definitely a spartan solution to save on the management of the mise en palce: nothing was made of fabric, even a paper napkin (and it was a dinner). Overall, a disappointing experience that will definitely not make me return. There is much better in the area!

30/03/2024: Beautiful place! We were there yesterday to celebrate my brother's 30th birthday, we chose a complete menu to be able to enjoy all their dishes and we were absolutely not disappointed. The starter was varied and plentiful, the first course was tasty and rich and the fresh grilled fish was unparalleled. Furthermore, the various fried foods were done perfectly! Good service, very friendly and precise staff. The reviews that highlight an exorbitant cost are probably written by people who cannot understand that quality has a price and this place is very proportionate. Thanks again we will definitely be back

30/03/2024: We were trying to find a place to eat, just thinking on having a quick lunch, as we were a bit in a rush to get to another place. Quick google search and found this small restaurant in a rather secluded corner. But Life By pure chance takes you to the most incredible places. We met Roberto and had such a wonderful afternoon and instead of a quick lunch, we had an incredibly pleasing conversation and dinning experience. 5 stars.

Rich and satisfying lunch. I highly recommend the pistachio cake for dessert. Very nice staff especially Roberto who welcomed us as if we were at home. Highly recommended
