Il nostro punto di riferimento a Civita, piatti italo-albanesi-calabresi, ampia scelta ma tutto gustoso, dagli antipasti ai secondi. Ottimo il capretto in padella, tenero e gustoso, come le patate in padella e le verdure di stagione. Gentilissimo il Personale oltre che i Proprietari. Una lunga tradizione che si svela ogni volta sempre di piu'. Prezzi onesti per la qualita' dei piatti

Ci sono stato per la prima volta qualche giorno fa ed è come se fossi già di casa. Il sig. Enzo è un ottimo padrone di casa, gentile, ottimo consigliere e con quel pizzico di simpatia che non guasta mai. Ottimi i piatti, tra tradizione calabrese e albanese, particolare menzione per il capretto, sia alla brace che al tegame alla civitese; una delizia.

Sosta nei nostri soliti viaggi Roma- Calabria per un pranzo domenicale. Prenotare per essere sicuri di trovare. Scelto un menù moderato dovendo viaggiare. Antipasto del Polino (prosciutto di montagna e formaggio), Filatelli ai funghi porcini (Pasta fresca multicolore), Filatelli alla nduja (Pasta fresca pomodoro fresco e nduja) con peperoncino aggiunto, Pollo alla brace con patate al tegame, Caffè e liquore "strong" della Casa. Un pranzo squisito da leccarsi I baffi. Unica pecca, ma trascurabile, il pane a fette non proprio fresche. Complimenti. Da ripetere.
