15/06/2026: We stumbled upon it by chance and decided to give it a try...we were pleasantly surprised. The appetizers served one after another were delicious. Everything was fresh and very tasty. I highly recommend it!

01/06/2026: Everything here was delicious. We went a total of three times. 🙂 The young waiter always knew when to show up; he was incredibly friendly. We also got some great treats, olive oil, bread, and some liqueurs and sweet snacks for our departure. My favorite spaghetti with seafood was always delicious. I'll always remember this place with nostalgia and hope to return someday.

27/08/2026: The setting is very pretty, with this majestic tree and the view of the Roseto sea from above. Unfortunately, the food doesn't live up to the setting. Despite the fresh produce, the dishes are a bit messy, perhaps with too much seasoning that overpowers the flavor of the fish. Unfortunately, the fried fish was cold and rubbery. Prices are low.

26/08/2026: A magical place...it was a surprise. Everything was delicious and the staff were professional. Two nights in a row, the owner accommodated me by giving me the table I requested even though the restaurant was full. I'll definitely be back.

08/08/2026: Flavors of the Past, the Real Ones Tonight my wife and I had dinner at Trattoria Dal Cugino in Dipignano and we left feeling truly satisfied. Here you'll find traditional cuisine, typical of the area, made with authentic and bold flavors, just like those of the past. You can taste the passion and desire to keep simple, authentic, and flavorful cuisine alive behind every dish. We started with a truly rich appetizer, featuring meatballs and simply exquisite fritters. Some of the flavors took me back in time, reminding me of the ones my mother used to make: a feeling worth a thousand words. Then we had fettuccine: mine with porcini mushrooms, my wife with fresh tomatoes. They're strictly homemade, and you can taste it: fresh, wholesome pasta with an authentic flavor, just like the ones they used to make. Pasta and sauces with a bold flavor, without frills, just as you'd expect from a true traditional trattoria. Another particularly positive note was the welcome. The host, who is also the owner, came to greet us personally, making us feel immediately welcomed and at ease. And a huge compliment also goes to Fabrizio, the young man who served us: truly talented, helpful, and above all cheerful. He carefully recommended the dishes, and his suggestions were spot on, because we thoroughly enjoyed everything we chose. And then the house wine, served with a simplicity and authenticity that are increasingly rare nowadays. He brought the bottle to my table and said, in effect, "Drink as much as you want." A simple gesture, but one that perfectly captures the spirit of a traditional trattoria, where you feel more like a guest than a customer. The quality-price ratio is also truly excellent, especially considering the quantity and quality of what we ate. A bold, sincere, and authentic cuisine that doesn't try to be sophisticated, but focuses entirely on flavor and tradition. If you're looking for the flavors of yesteryear and authentic local cuisine, Dal Cugino is definitely a place worth trying. We'll gladly return.

01/08/2026: Osteria dal cousine, run by cousin Cesare, is an absolute guarantee of quality, authenticity, and courtesy. The cuisine is meticulously crafted, respecting local traditions. It features top-quality cured meats, cheeses, and dishes that will make you dream. A journey through aromas and flavors that transport me back about sixty years to when my grandmother cooked her tasty and authentic dishes.

16/06/2026: Second visit to the restaurant. Just like the first time, I returned home full and satisfied. The atmosphere feels like home, and the menu ranges from the simple dish reminiscent of lunch at my grandparents' house to the more unique and sophisticated dishes that evoke new experiences. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, fast, and above all attentive. I would recommend it to everyone, and I want to extend my compliments once again to the staff and owners.

10/08/2026: I thought eating excellent vegan food in a traditional trattoria without warning was a dream, but I was completely proven wrong by Calabria Bella. This trattoria doesn't offer a 500-dish tourist menu, but rather a few excellent quality choices. Among the first courses, there was an incredibly good vegan option, and for the appetizer, the owner made me a delicious mix of vegetables, olives, and crispedde. Both dishes were generously portioned. I absolutely recommend it for the quality of the food, the portions, and the kindness and helpfulness of the owner.

The appetizers were made with local products, followed by meat and fish main courses, including fresh pasta, all truly delicious. The wine was also excellent, strictly Calabrian. You could taste the quality of the ingredients. The restaurant was well-kept. The staff were very kind and helpful, offering excellent advice on what to order. The experience was 100% recommended. Highly recommended.

Authentic cuisine and a family-friendly welcome: we ate the best veal tagliata of our lives, accompanied by exceptional Sila potatoes. Special thanks to the owners' father, who with kindness, warmth, and passion presented the dishes to us and made us feel right at home, along with our two dogs. We had such a great time that... we'll be back tomorrow! Highly recommended!

17/08/2026: We had lunch at this restaurant. There were six of us, and we all had a wonderful time. The Falcone sisters, Alessandra and Federica, were incredibly kind and helpful, and the food was delicious. We had burgers, meat, and tagliatelle, as well as various sides, including potatoes. The desserts were also excellent.

19/08/2026: Excellent dinner in a charming and peaceful place. The grilled meats were perfectly cooked, chewing, and the first courses were exceptional. The bottle of house wine was noteworthy. The kids gave us a blast at the adventure park; thanks to them, my 4-year-old daughter learned to complete the easy course and then wanted to try the medium one with some confidence. 27/07/2026: My husband, our daughter, and I had dinner at this restaurant and had a wonderful time. The staff was polite, knowledgeable, and attentive, and immediately put us at ease. The place is charming with soft background music. We had truly delicious fish starters made with quality ingredients, exquisite fried fish, and truly TOP-NOTCH desserts! Everything was perfect, and we'll definitely be back! I forgot...the price was right for what we ate!

I recommend both the pizza and the seafood dishes, the latter featuring fresh ingredients and superb desserts. "Desiderio di Sara" is especially worth a try. If you love quality food and a relaxing, warm atmosphere, you must come to this restaurant.
