We ate at this restaurant the first night we arrived in Camigliatello. The food is truly excellent; you can see the care that goes into selecting each dish, and above all, the dedication that goes into this business is evident. We ordered a mixed platter and two cuts of meat. The cured meats and cheeses were delicious, and the meat was very tender. The place is small but cozy; there aren't many tables, which for me is a plus. It's a quiet place, but the owner is very lively. Anyone coming to Camigliatello should eat here at least once, it's worth it.

On a trip to Sila, we found a small restaurant, "Le sorelle Falcone," where Antonio, known as the professor, welcomed us and we ate divinely, featuring all the local products. We returned the next day. FANTASTIC!!!

The Professor welcomed us in a friendly and witty manner, the dinner was excellent, the atmosphere was lively and light, the products were excellent and the dishes had rich and memorable flavours.

On Saturday evening, we spent a delightful evening at Sorelle Falcone. The welcome is one of the restaurant's strengths: warm, spontaneous, and familiar. From the first few minutes, we felt at ease, as if we were guests rather than customers. Between stories, smiles, and attentive service, time passed with great pleasure. The cuisine showcases the local area with locally sourced products, excellent Podolica beef, and quality ingredients. Each dish showcases tradition with care and passion. A special mention goes to the tiramisu: simply spectacular. After tasting it, you understand why the award is displayed at the entrance. A dessert that alone is worth the visit. The only comment concerns the bill, which reflects a choice toward the rather high-end segment. The quality is there and you can feel it, but it's important to know that the prices are also in line with this approach. Overall, an experience we recommend to those seeking good food, authentic hospitality, and an atmosphere that makes you feel truly welcome.

If you're passing through Camigliatello Silano, a stop at Le Sorelle Falcone is a must! On the recommendation of owner Antonio, we ordered two first courses with black pig ragù, which were simply spectacular!!! I've never tasted a first course like it... perfectly cooked pasta and a rich, flavorful yet super-balanced sauce, cooked according to true Calabrian tradition. You can taste the high quality of the ingredients; after all, the meat comes directly from the historic family butcher shop. The dish was enhanced by a glass of Cirò Rosso from Tenuta Iuzzolini, a local guarantee. The atmosphere was welcoming and familiar, the staff were extremely friendly. Excellent value for the quality offered. Thank you, Professor, your dishes and your kindness truly left a lasting impression, we can't wait to return! See you soon!

I'm updating an already five-star review after another visit in May 2026. The Falcone Sisters continue to never disappoint: exquisite cuisine, genuine hospitality, and you can feel their touch in every detail. This time, an added joy: I was reunited with my teacher, whom I finally got to hug again. You can immediately see where this family's passion and values ​​come from. It's always worth the trip, and we always love returning here.
