We had a wonderful experience. From the first moment, we felt welcomed with great attention, friendliness, and genuine hospitality. The food was truly excellent, carefully crafted, and greatly appreciated by everyone. Passion, quality, and attention to detail were evident in every aspect, elements that made the lunch even more enjoyable. It was wonderful to feel almost at home. Special thanks to Professor Antonio Falcone, a true host; his hospitality, availability, and attention to detail made all the difference. We were also captivated by the elegance with which he spoke and conveyed his passion, making the experience even more engaging and memorable. We will take home a wonderful memory of this day, we will gladly return, and we will definitely recommend this restaurant. Congratulations and thank you again for your hospitality!

I'm updating an already five-star review after another visit in May 2026. The Falcone Sisters continue to never disappoint: exquisite cuisine, genuine hospitality, and you can feel their touch in every detail. This time, an added joy: I was reunited with my teacher, whom I finally got to hug again. You can immediately see where this family's passion and values ​​come from. It's always worth the trip, and we always love returning here.

We visited this restaurant on Sunday for lunch. Despite its small size, the atmosphere was welcoming, thanks in part to Mr. Falcone's kindness and helpfulness. For lunch, we opted for two first courses: a "Transumanza" (a type of meatball) and a tagliatelle with ragù, both of which featured generous portions. The same goes for the "my-style" potatoes. The excellent selection of wines from the Ciro area deserves a special mention.

Six of us went to eat on May 1st. It was a pleasure spending a few hours with the old professor. The atmosphere was welcoming and the service was top-notch. It felt like being at home with grandma's kitchen. We'll definitely be back.

A visit to 'The Professor' is a must in Camigliatello! Authentic and down-to-earth food in a family atmosphere. The Professor and his daughters are wonderful hosts – it doesn't get more Calabrian than this! We will definitely be back. E.G., Switzerland

A truly unmissable restaurant in the heart of Camigliatello. The meat is simply delicious, perfectly cooked and of the highest quality. The potatoes, especially the spicy ones, are truly out of this world, among the best I've ever tasted. The staff is truly knowledgeable about their offerings, always ready to offer the best recommendations. The welcoming atmosphere and friendly service make it a place you'll want to return to again and again.

Weekend in Camigliatello. Saturday evening we decided to dine at the Falcone sisters. The restaurant is small (25-30 seats) but has a lovely atmosphere. The products are of the highest quality, and the owners are incredibly kind. They also have an interesting and local wine list (I highly recommend the Muranera!). The prices, considering the quality of the products, are absolutely in line. I would definitely go back. Highly recommended!!

11/06/2026: It's changed now. It feels like being on an assembly line, sitting down, ordering (quickly), and eating within 10 minutes, otherwise they'll take your plate away. It's no longer like spending an evening with friends or family at a pizzeria. I prefer a small pizza on a rickety table. What a shame you wasted it on the god of money.
08/06/2026: Truly top-notch. A place should be evaluated within its urban context, not just for its food or anything else. A pizzeria with such aesthetic attention and style can be found in cities like Milan, etc., and having it in our area is truly significant. Excellent pizza and equally excellent service. The only detail, in my opinion, is the waiters' uniforms, which should be the same, even down to their pants and shoes. But anyway, a truly deserved 5 stars. Well done! 🙌

13/05/2026: We had the great pleasure of being invited to this wonderful osteria for a 90th birthday party, and we were completely thrilled. The celebration featured a rich, carefully prepared fish menu. However, my daughter and I don't eat fish—a fact the chef didn't know in advance. And that's where the true grandeur of this place shined: instead of overwhelming us, the host responded immediately with great attention, flexibility, and friendliness. Without hesitation, the kitchen created wonderful alternatives for us. We were treated to delicious appetizers, fresh, flavorful, and varied. This was followed by an exquisite pasta dish with fresh vegetables and tender strips of meat, perfectly balanced and prepared with authentic Italian style. To top it all off, we also received an excellent meat dish as a main course, truly impressive in every way. We would particularly like to highlight the staff's extreme kindness and attentiveness. Our every wish was practically anticipated—the service was truly friendly and professional. The osteria also enjoys a splendid location in the historic center of town, offering breathtaking views of the village, the surrounding hills, and the sea—a setting that makes the experience even more special. So thrilled by the excellent food and atmosphere that we returned a second time and ordered à la carte—another true pleasure, prepared with great care for both the palate and the eye. We will definitely return and can highly recommend this osteria—a place where hospitality and quality truly shine!
26/04/2026: Good food, definitely worth returning for more. Extremely slow service, hunger pangs disappear. Warm, pleasant atmosphere in a good location. Good prices, hard to find gourmet restaurants in this area. There are no desserts, and perhaps there isn't room for very large groups.
