31/12/2025: Basic but good menu done well and VERY well priced. Burgers are quite big (I ordered a double and didnt finish!) Staff are lovely and welcoming. This is an Irish bar done in an Italian way, so dont expect authentic Irish but also dont let that take away from how nice it is to go there. I for one will be a repeat customer every time I visit cosenza

03/01/2026: I've been a customer at the bar for a while now, and I don't understand why people complain about the service charge. The girl is always kind and polite, clearing the table every time a new customer comes in. The place is heated, so it's normal for there to be a charge for prompt, accurate service. In some bars in Cosenza, I've had them hand me a croissant; I've had to carry it to the table myself, and the tables are often dirty with the previous customer's crumbs. And if they have tables outside, well, there are often pigeons happily feasting there. At Bar Dante, I ate in a clean, warm setting, and was treated kindly. The croissants and pastries are unquestionable; they're top-notch.

25/10/2025: We're regulars every Saturday, and the pinsa is better every time. The quality is very high at truly fair prices. All the staff are truly friendly, starting with Francesco, the owner, the very sweet Ivana, and Francesco's wonderful father, who plays a key role in our lives with his delicious cherry tomatoes picked from his garden!

11/03/2026: Near Alargon Castle, this restaurant has a small but well-maintained and clean atmosphere. No complaints, and parking is convenient because it's right next to the restaurant. The prices are fair, perfectly in line with the offerings. A lovely dinner for a refined palate! Recommended.

17/02/2026: View of the ancient castle, large window, parking and garden, top food, attentive staff and a small, well-kept place. I recommend it to anyone who loves good food. I wasn't going because of the negative reviews, but they smelled more of frustration than knowledge. You pay for fish and professionalism, the prices are fair. Recommended. We will definitely be back.

29/01/2026: I stumbled upon the restaurant by chance, while traveling and reading the reviews. We were hospitable and knowledgeable; we had a business lunch featuring seafood. Gourmet dishes at fairly reasonable prices, nothing over the top. The food was good.

11/09/2025: My boyfriend and I went there this evening for a typical Calabrian dinner! The staff were incredibly kind, the food was excellent, the ingredients were top-quality, and the portions were generous. Everything was perfect! If you're in the area, try this trattoria with your eyes closed. It's like eating at your grandmother's or at home, and the REAL Calabrian dishes. My compliments, because they are fantastic in every way!

11/09/2025: If you're in the area and want to eat REAL Calabrian cuisine, come to this trattoria. It's a special experience, as a true Calabrian tells you. Be wary of other places; the dishes aren't typical, but VERY TYPICAL!! The welcome and the raw ingredients are worthy of the name "CALABRIA." My compliments to everyone for the service and the dishes; I felt like I was eating the same dishes at home. May God bless these places again, because they are the soul of this beautiful region. Definitely worth a try; you won't regret it. Generous portions and EXCELLENT prices. Congratulations again, from the bottom of my heart.

19/02/2026: We stumbled upon this pizzeria in Praia a Mare this evening somewhat by chance. I must first compliment the owner for his kindness and courtesy. We pestered him a bit with the child who needed a screwdriver to put the batteries in the helicopter he'd just bought, and even though it wasn't a standard pizzeria tool, he provided one and even helped us install the batteries. Obviously, it started off great, but everything else was truly up to par. The first thing I generally evaluate in a place is the restroom, because it tells us more than we're given to see. In this case, it easily exceeded our expectations. The restroom was spotless beyond our expectations. After returning from the restroom, we moved on to the pizzas. The menu (all digital) offers traditional and innovative pizzas. We tried both, starting with the queen of traditional pizzas, the Margherita, followed by the Tropea with tuna and onion, and finally a touch of innovation with the Bronte with yellow cherry tomatoes and Bronte pistachios. The pizzas were truly delicious, the dough light and flavorful (they didn't float in the oil), and the cooking and consistency were just right. Overall, an excellent experience in every way: the welcome, the cleanliness, and the quality of the food. I'd say it's a place I highly recommend.

14/02/2026: At this AL TAGLIO pizzeria, you'll find the time-honored flavor of pan pizza: long leavening and fresh local ingredients. Every time I'm in Castrovillari, I can't help but have dinner... Highly recommended. Small drawback: The place is small and you have to eat standing up. Mainly takeout.
