29/07/2025: I sapori tradizionali esaltati in una location piccola ma affascinante, nel cuore del centro storico di Rossano. Torno, a distanza di due anni, e confermo il giudizio ampiamente positivo della prima esperienza. Servizio premuroso in sala, menu corto di alta qualità ben esposto sulla lavagnetta all'ingresso, discreta cantina, prezzi onesti. Si sta veramente bene qui. La signora Achiropita è una "padrona di casa" impeccabile, pronta a consigliare per il meglio. Ottimo l'antipasto caldo freddo (da segnalare ancora una volta gli ortaggi al pane profumato con aglio e menta, la sardella da spalmare sul pane e le eccellenti polpette di melanzane), da urlo le alici "scattiate" in padella con pepe dolce, molto buona la pasta con le acciughe. Gustosi cantuccini e i bocconotti. Si va via con la certezza di aver trascorso un paio d'ore di relax, assaggiando piatti ben preparati, con ingredienti di qualità, spendendo il giusto. Continuate così.

10/08/2025: Ho conosciuto questo ristorante posizionato nel centro storico di Cosenza durante una trasferta di lavoro e già dalla prima sera mi sono trovato molto bene. I piatti sono ottimi, si spende decisamente bene ed i ragazzi che ci lavorano sono fantastici. Si vede che dietro al loro lavoro c'è tanta passione. Solo complimenti da parte mia e dei miei colleghi, ci siamo trovati benissimo. Se un giorno dovessimo tornare a Cosenza, abbiamo il nostro punto di riferimento per mangiare.

Ferrari, in addition to offering excellent traditional Calabrian cuisine, guarantees total immersion in nature and the affection of their animals. The icing on the cake: a swimming pool surrounded by greenery! The five stars are definitely deserved for the attention paid to those with food intolerances, including a gluten-free appetizer. 19/06/2025: Italy is not overrated, mind you, but we discover places with perfect details in themselves. We travel with our motorcycle, parked it in front of our room, enjoyed the perfect beach, and in the evening we had a wonderful meal at the fine dine restaurant with the perfect chef and team. It was so good that we made a reservation for the next night. We would like to thank the entire team.

15/06/2025: price/quality ratio is nonsense, everything is good and in large quantities. Very nice owner, we will definitely return (maybe when there are few people so we can bring gianmarco's friends) Fifty pork 14 euros, the only thing better than the 20 euros I deturbo.

Staff always present in the room and very kind, with particular attention to children. My daughter wanted some wrustel and they arrived in the shape of an octopus... To spice up the evening, very pleasant live music... I will definitely return with my family. Keep it up...
